My mother and I walked in to buy some chemicals and as soon as we walked in we were asked to give them our account name and one of the ladies in the office made us give her the name of our company and give her the number of our boss but i knew that you dont need an account to buy some chemicals, the women was very rude and disrespectful when we would say we didnt have an account and just be plain nasty to both my mother and i but luckily one other lady was there and helped us out in a respectful manner and fast and easy.

I am sorry we were unable to meet your emergency rental requirement. You must have wanted to rent a battery powered floor scrubber. It is company policy to rent these machines only after a fresh, six hour minimum battery charge and a complete systems check, prior to delivery. This is to insure a satisfactory rental experience. In the past, we have been rushed by customers and the batteries may not have been fully charged. We figure it is better for the customer to find another rental supplier, than for them to have a bad experience with us. We are sorry for our strict policy, but this is based in the desire to better serve our customers. Terry Adams, President

You need to make it easier for people to rent your equipment. Your add says emergencies and we couldnt get one until Monday and it is Friday....just poor all around service. You person on the phone was rude and I will NEVER even call your store again!

The folks at LBC know their products well and are very knowledgeable about new techniques and equipment.they are great to do business with!!!
