Called this place to check if they had a certain bourbon in stock. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude. She behaved as if she didn’t want to be bothered. She said I could just drive to the store and check. Well, since it was 8 PM and I live an hour away, I told her I didn’t want to do that. So I asked if there was someone there who knew about bourbon that I could speak with. She said “goodbye” and hung up on me. I called several times after and she refused to answer the phone. If I could give this place a zero rating, I would do it with no hesitation. Save your money for a place where they know what people skills and customer service actually mean!

I just want to say I love the new owners of this conveniently located liquor store. They are always pleasant and friendly. They truly care about their customers. They offer great specials, and always carry a welcoming smile to boot! I highly recommend this neighborhood jewel. Go see them youll be glad you did!

Was nice and kept a conversation the first time I went in. I live very close so I frequent the spot. The prices are a bit high but its convenient at times. After going to this business several times their demeanor changed. I would say they soured on me but we never talked at any point between the initial meeting and the souring. Next, I am inclined to think they dont care about their income. I have never seen them wearing a mask. Not once. Even tho we are under a state mandate. I have even seen them smoking Hooka outside the building. Kind of a funny look. I can let some of that go if they do their job well but....I went in and asked to exchange $2 in quarters a week ago and was told no because I wasnt a customer. I didnt want to buy anything because I had no plans on drinking. Its fine you dont recognize a local and semi-regular. You see a lot of faces.Fast forward to tonight, I am imbibing. I am now a customer. I also need quarters for laundry. I enter the building and ask a price question because their shelves were unorganized and she laughs at me. As if I am supposed to know that some bottles arent supposed to be in the spots they are. Then I proceed to ask for quarters. She plays dumb. I explain again and recalibrate my request because I see she only has about six dollars in quarters. I ask for a one dollar quarter exchange and am told no. This is ridiculous. I then mention our prior experiences and it does not even register with her. She only cares about herself. Not a frequent patron. Probably not any patron. I am visibly upset and accost her as she did me. She then refuses my original service requestI will never return. This is sad for me because I liked the convenience of the shop. However a real business would have a few rolls of quarters on hand. In the industry it is called a bank. It is also common in the industry to have backup banks. Why wouldnt you want to be prepared? Do your job. Oh, and a real business might require their employees to have people skills.This brings me to my last point. Is this actually a legitimate business? They treat customers badly, disregard local law, and are overpriced. One beer is 50% cheaper at the gas station that is literally next door. I have never thought I saw a DRUG FRONT irl until now. Someone should investigate.

Stopped by here while I was visiting Louisville from Alabama and met the new owner. Nicest person I’ve came in contact with. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great selections with anything you need. The employees are amazing & will help you with any questions you might have. I have always been impressed by the service everytime Ive shopped here. They have drive-thru that is quick and convenient. They also have tobacco products such as cigarettes and cigars.

For a Kentucky package shop to have such a meager offering of bourbon is positively unpatriotic. Used to be a pretty good package shop but like the sign says, under new management.
