Had the entire rare Bourbon collection. Pappys Weller, blantons etc. Everhthing is at least at a 250% up charge for anything like that though, Blantons was 129, Weller full proof was like 250The van winkle lineup started at 800 and went from there. Great for a wealthy collector!

Very cool place and the dude working was from WI with a ton of bourbon information. Some bottles were too high, IMO, even for hard to get bottles like Blantons.

Workers were very helpful in finding what I was looking for. Prices were great.

We frequent Louisville on weekend get aways. Our last visit, we were looking for a place to get hard to find bourbon. We came across Red Castle.The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back to check out their selection, for sure.

These guys are fantastic. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is a great dude and loves talking about bourbon and the industry. We lived here for 3 years and it was our neighborhood go to liquor store.They get the rare Bourbon and Rye in stock every now and then as well.

We were in town for a show. We stopped here bc it was close. We we’re standing in line when a man walked in, the clerk walked out from behind the counter and suddenly said the store is closed. He looked very drunk. I said you’re closed at 1020 pm!? He said yes. We walked out and the man that walked in the store came running out saying they’re open now they’re open now!!! I’m not sure what was going on but it was shady and scared my girlfriend enough that she refused to go back in. The gentleman in front of me also commented on the strangeness of the behavior of the clerk and the man that walked in. Would not recommend. My girlfriend thought for sure we were about to get shot. We Went to another store down the street that treated us like they wanted our business. Would not recommend!

Better than a distillery tour! We stopped in while in town for my fiances 30th birthday and had the best time with the owner, talking about bourbon and all the history of the area. This was by far the best part of our weekend!

Really kind owner who was incredibly helpful in assisting us in finding what bevs we were ISO. Bummed that there aren’t any super cheap options but that’s okay.

Love this spot. Guys are super cool about ordering stuff for repeat customers and keeping it in the shelf. The growler station is also a nice new addition.

They have some incredibly rare beers here, the employee turned me on to a beer that was very good, very dark and one that I cant wait to drink again once they have it in stock!

Went in because they had advertised photos of Van Winkle bourbon on Facebook. Guy tried to get me to participate in a bidding war with great offers hed allegedly been given, otherwise he was just going to keep it for himself.

We loved this liquor store!! The guy working was super friendly and helped us out with anything we needed and answered any questions we had. We are not from Kentucky so the prices here for us were super cheap but I cant really compare it to normal Kentucky liquor pricings. They had a good stock of LUC Belaire Rosé which is kinda hard for us to find.
