The ability to taste before you buy is incredible. The tasting room has more selections than any other weapon to today. A truly hidden gem!.

Not a humongous selection but a selection that had everything whiskey and bourbon-wise a person could want. The most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. A large amount of diverse rum and whiskey barrel picks and theyre all great! The perfect place to find a new or interesting bottle!

Definitely the top liquor store in the area. Extremely knowledgeable staff, and they have a wonderful tasting room where you can try rare Bourbons and Whiskys (for a price) that you cant get anywhere else.

Wow!!! Came here based on a recommendation from a friend. Such a cool store and the tasting room is so cool. 100s of whiskey, bourbon and rye bottles.I was able to try several hard to find bottles that I’d never dream of being able to find anywhere else. The young man operating the tasting room knew everything about all of the bottles.

Best whiskey shop in Louisville. Fair prices, unparalleled selection and great international section as well. Also great selection of 375ml bottles! A bit bummed I missed my chance to visit the tasting room but it looks awesome too.

Loved this store, has a great local and international collection. Also got almost everything you would need for a cocktail to be made.Downside, its a little expensive than other stores. Havent checked if they offer price match or not, if they do, its a must go-to store

It was too good of an experience. Last day visiting, I got not-pushy, informative assistance. I spent more than I planned but left smiling. Extensive selection of bourbons, knowledgeable staff, varied and lovely wine selection. Don’t forget a look at the soft bourbon/Kentucky themed T-shirts on the way out.

Passing through Louisville and stopped in here. Told the gentleman I was looking for some bourbon I couldnt get at home. He proceeded to give me a 15 minute tour of the wall of bourbon. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection. I highly recommend and will return if the opportunity presents itself.

Love this place! They have an incredible selection of whiskey and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable.

My friends and I went into this store to buy wine and drinks for the weekend. However, we realized there was a whiskey tasting room for a flight of whiskey for only $20. We were visiting from out of state and figured this would be a good opportunity to try and experience real Kentucky bourbon and whiskey! We had a wonderful time with the one of the store managers who talked us through every pour and taught us a lot about whiskey and bourbon. We also bought wine from here which ended up being very delicious! I would definitely return to this establishment if I am ever in Louisville, Kentucky again!

Our normal spot is Evergreen but having just had dinner next door and opted to check out WWW while we were there. It was impossible to check it out the bourbon selection for ourselves as the aisles were not wheelchair accessible. My husband grabbed bottles of Woodford and 4 Roses which were luckily on the end of the impenetrable aisles.Edit: We truly appreciate the response and can accept that we could have misinterpreted the staff actions. Well be back as we do strive to support our local small businesses and doing so while getting bourbon is a big win.

This place is great! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a really wide selection for purchase. I especially enjoyed their tasting room. I was hoping to try several bourbons that are no longer available or hard to find. Westport Whiskey and Wine had everything I wanted to taste and more.

Stopped in during a road trip from Ohio, they have a huge selection and many arent able to be found in Ohio. Prices are very reasonable.

An incredible selection in a small footprint. Prices are good and they have more than just wine and whiskey, like beer, tequila, rum, gin, vodka, etc. Highly recommend you check this place out, as it has a better selection of Bourbon, Scotch, and whiskey, than any other place Ive found in the Louisville area, including Liquor Barn and Total Wine. Customer service is top notch. Ill keep coming back here, out of my way, to support a fantastic local, business.

I never really see a rack of wine that I dont like. But the chocolate wine from 502 and the rack of highly reviewed wines for under $20 make this place an especial favorite.

Great place - bad dude from the staff, JUL 19 1730 pm shift. We ( 6 people) drove 10 min before closing, coming from Chicago - looking for few bottles of good bourbon, would spend few hundred dollars.. In your store known for good selections.We asked few questions while looking, BUT were told we are now closed with visible tension in attitude- kicked out ###. Thank you KY for not letting us buy your bourbon and taking our cash. Funny times. Would remove this post or adjust the stars if you fix this issue. Just sad. Just got couple of sprite soda pops... And we are gone, for good. There are other stores to spend $$$$.

Good selection but man where the staff rude. My best friends dad is very ill with very obvious breathing problems . Was yelled at in the middle of the store by the guy in the tasting room for not having a mask. He explained his medical condition but the guy continued yelling at him. He agreed to put on a mask and the guy again yelled at him for not wearing it right. This guy has issues and should be fired. The man spent over $300 in your store and this is how you treat him? There is a right and wrong way to address a mask issue. Thats the wrong way.

Great bourbon selection!! By far one of the best I’ve seen in Kentucky. Staff is very knowledgeable. They have an amazing tasting room in the back at great prices for pours. Steven their salesman knew so much about bourbons but he called me a whiskey tater to my friend when I stepped out. I will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Fabulous store. Tim in the tasting room is truly a delight. We were in town for the Breeder’s Cup and bourbon tours and were advised to check this place out from a friend. They’ve got an absolutely amazing selection of bourbon including bottles you won’t find anywhere else. The tasting room is the best part. Rich, the owner, was in the store and introduced himself and was super friendly and generous. If you’re a true bourbon fan, you simply must add this to your itinerary when in Louisville.

Incredible selection of bourbons and a fantastic and very knowledgeable staff. Went in there from out of state looking for some great bourbons to take back to my home state. Staff was super friendly and definitely pointed me in The right direction.

Best place to learn and taste! Owners are knowledgeable, friendly and absolutely never push a sale. You find any price range from very good but still affordable to maybe someday. But if you attend one of their frequent tastings, someday could be very soon.

Took a friend from out of town and wasn’t disappointed! Kristen and Jen were both awesome to talk with. We enjoyed trying a few pours in the tasting room - great way to try before you buy, or just to go get a pour of something you’ve been interested in!

Great local store for bourbon fans

I felt obligated to write a review of this place. This was a far better tasting experience than at any distillery and it should be on everyones bourbon tour. The people there are awesome and knowledgeable. They had many hard to find bottles available for tasting. Only small beef, was that not all bottles available for tastings are available in store for purchase, but it gave me a great incite of what limited bottles I needed to keep an eye out for.

This is a locally owned store. As usual a bit higher than the chains. But here is a good selection of liquor and wine. The real deal is that the owner Chris Z. Is super knowledgeable. All staff can help you but Chris is a walking talking data base about alcoholic beverages. Worth going here and buying here. He will not steer you wrong. Also a fine craft beer selection.

This place is fantastic. Their prices on bottles are honest as well as their tasting prices. They also have a wonderful selection in the tasting room. Timothy assisted us in the tasting room and was a pleasure to talk to!

Knowledgeable staff that are friendly and willing to assist with anything you need. The selection of bourbon is exquisite. The only bad experience I had was purchasing a bottle of red Chianti wine. The first bottle was enjoyable - however for the second bottle the cork was extremely dry and the wine tasted as if it was starting to turn to vinegar. Could be because not many people buy Chianti wine though. With the large selection, there is a wide price range as well to fit anyones budget.

Love love love. I am very picky about my Moscato and whenever I call they OFFER to order a case for me since they only have a few bottles in stock. Cant even tell you how many places I looked and asked about this wine.....Total Wine & Liquor Barn they didnt have any bottles and just said sorry. I have ordered 4 cases and only called twice to Westport Whiskey and even had two separate people order for me. Im not even bothering with another store. I always receive the wine within 3 days of calling SERIOUSLY not sure it could even get better. Customer service truly at its finest they are Magical I tell you simply Magical.

They have a bourbon tasting bar. I tried Pappys 10 year old and fooled a Wellers black label. I could detect no difference. It is good to try before you buy. Very helpful bartender

The employees are nice and helpful, the selection is good. Items are almost always a few bucks more than other places (but they do have great deals from time to time) but they more than make up for it with unique selections and employees that want to help and dont just want to get you out of the store like other places around town.

Ive been to many wine tastings and have dealt with wines for a very long time. We went to a wine tasting on a Tuesday night. The price was $25 each person. When we arrived, we sat on the back of 2 rows of plastic tables. The owner was giving rounds of whiskey to his friends in the front. Originally they had only 2 wines to taste. The exact same wine but just a year apart. They finally broke out an extremely cheap wine for the third wine, which was never discussed. Heres where it gets bad: the initial pour was very lacking; not enough to even swirl in the glass. The owner walked around and repoured all his friends from the wine, but once he got to me and my date, he just ignored us and skipped us. I never got more than the 2 sips for $25. The owner was a little tipsy and just barely starting to slur speech. I felt like we were bothering him during his private club meeting. Most of the class was hearing about the hillside of the small Continuum vineyard. We were finished in 30 minutes. He also complained to the class (felt like 3 minutes but probably 30 seconds) that the guy who printed the order form gave a 25% discount instead of a 15% discount and it was costing him money at $200 a bottle. Most tastings Ive gone to offer at least 4-5 tastes, but this one was pathetic. Very cold reception for anyone that is not his friend.

The store is located in Westport Village across from Napa restaurant.They have a good selection of wine, beer and spirits. Like other liquor stores they do releases of bourbons and selective beers.This past weekend (Saturday) they did a release of several bourbons such as Old Fitzgerald, Ancient, Ancient Age, Bookers etc. To name a few. It was not lottery, first come first served, one bottle per person.The prices are comparable to other liquor stores definitely not the lowest as the store/owner claimed.They do have a tasting room with great selection of spirits including some unique bourbons.Check it out, might be worth your while.

WWW has a wonderful selection of wines and spirits. Great prices. There are usually private single barrel selections of bourbons. There are tasting events also.

Didn’t know what cointreau was.Didn’t know what Weller products were.Unimpressive whisky selection.Dissed the Whisk(e)y Vault guys when the clerk could have pretended to like them to make a proper sale, so their selling skills are subpar. Will not return.

Vast selection of spirits and wine. The tasting bar was a hidden gem. Be mindful that most things in the tasting room arent available in the store, but you can sample at least. Prices are on point with other stores in the area.
