Sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to discuss various products to suit my unique needs and provided several revised quotes. Delivery was very reliable and was even a day early! I will definitely be going back to Metal Supermarkets for my future metal needs.

I called metal supermarkets in Louisville Kentucky and placed my order with Alexis. I called her four times in the last two weeks. The first time I called her she said she would check the warehouse to see if she had the metal pieces that I needed to purchase. She told me at that time she would call me back in a few minutes. After two days I called her back and she said she has not checked on that yet. She did not mention that she was sorry at all. She said that she would call me back later that day and it did not happen so the third time I called her she said that she has the metal pieces that I needed but it would be the next day before the other for the other two pieces would arrive and she said she would call me. Three days later I called her she said the two pieces has not come in and she would call me when they do. I waited two more days and decided just to go to their office to and they had the metal pieces I needed in their warehouse.I called metal supermarkets and talk to Alex four times in the last two weeks and she did not return my call not once and she never did mention that she was sorry.

They have the quantity you need or they can get it. I have done business with Metal Supermarket for close to 10 years and will continue to do so.

We ordered a certain size of square tubing and when we picked up we were given the incorrect size. We attempted to get it corrected with the manager who was anything but professional. She was unhelpful and very rude. She had no manners and was uneducated at that. By the end of it she hung up on us. Refused to refund us or correct the order and even kept the incorrect material. All we wanted was for the correct material to be ordered. The service we have received is atrocious. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I make a special trip to Metal Supermarket in Louisville for the selection, prices, and above all the customer service. I wish I could shout out all of the great people that work there but it is pretty much that entire location. Great people and great product!

This place has amazing customer service. From the second I walked in I was greeted and treated very respectfully. Im just a weekend hobbiest but John took me back and showed me what they had in stock and the guys cut it for me and helped load the material in my vehicle. I couldnt be more satisfied. I will definitely be back for any metal that I need for future projects.

I ordered ahead and got confirmation that my small order was cut and ready for collection.When I arrived on Saturday morning I decided to get something extra and this was promptly cut while I waited, which was much appreciated especially considering how busy they are on Saturday.Excellent resource for hobblest like myself that only need small/short lengths of steel.

This is my 8th plus trip and I was checking my GPS to see how long it takes to get there from my new job. I saw a post that was pretty bad. Something about being untruthful. I have never experienced this and dont expect to. The guys there have always been good to me. I have used them for projects many years now. Had to say something about Metal supermarket, doesnt seem fair from my experience.
