It was a bit smoky for me. I know she loves to lite incense to give it smell and feel. I love all the stuff they sale. I definitely go there for my sage all the time. I just cant browse as much as i would like.

Every experience at this store is amazing but today was especially wonderful. My wife and I were in there shopping for a friends house warming present. At checkout my wife made a comment that she didn’t get anything for herself. The owner (who is great!) offered to give us a little trinket to take home. She gave us both a small piece of pink Jasper. This crystal has healing properties for recovery, love, and marriage.The owner had no idea but the two of us have been trying to rekindle things and really work on our marriage. This couldn’t have been a more perfect gift for where we are at in our journey both together and as individuals.I’ve got chills and I’m so grateful. We will never go to another metaphysical store! I’m often skeptical of this kind of stuff but this hit so close to home! Thank you so much for giving us hope and for yet another great experience at your store.

Mine, my daughter, and her boyfriends visit to this store was nice, but the items are overpriced. However my daughters second visit to this store was traumatic. Her service dog who is well trained was not welcomed into the store. Her service dog wasnt questioned when she was with her boyfriend and me. Then she made a trip by herself and was questioned and asked for credentials, which is against the law. The only establishments allowed to ask for credentials are airlines, hotels and housing. My daughter left in a panic attack. This place is NOT ADA compliant. If you have a disability this place will not accommodate. There are other places in Louisville with the same items that are compliant, friendly, and reasonably priced.

Lisa, the manager, is very rude. She doesn’t, or refuses to understand things that are explained to her. I saw her yell at a employee, which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s a nice shop, but she ruined my experience. I recommend another store.

Just went today hoping to find some rings, the store had a good vibe. Me and my friend were trying on rings attempting to find the correct size. The rings were either too big or too small, the worker rudely asked us to stop touching stuff because of the pandemic. Our hands were clean and we were only in the bowl of rings. We left and didn’t buy anything. Thanks

You get what you pay for. Items are handpicked from specific sources the owner puts a lot of thoughtfulness into her inventory. The price is right.

I haven’t been to many shops like this so I can’t really compare but seemed overpriced considering what I find online. Would have been nice to get some type of description for what things were too but maybe I should have already known what everything is.

It is a phenomenal metaphysical store! I had an amazing, out-of-this-world experience!

The first time I went in it was nice but they didn’t know much about the products they had. The second time they said they needed all my identification for my service dog which is illegal and they said that they needed identification because my service dog was “too big”... For a spiritual store that revolves around vibes sending a bad unwelcome vibe is not the way to get business.... I left crying and shaking because they sent me into a severe panic attack.

She is very knowledgeable and This is the best in Louisville! They have a website if you cant get there in person.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Met with who I believe to be the owner or at the very least manager. She was patient and kind with my 11 year old as she took in and experienced it all for the first time. We will definitely be returning and putting out the word for others to shop here.

Ive really been going through alot lately and feeling very overwhelmed. I went in to her shop today and was very shocked, not only was the place amazing but I was drawn in by the positive atmosphere. Ive been trying to self care with crystals from utube or the internet. I had 1000 questions with 2 kids under 10 asking their own questions. Not only did Lisa, the owner, answering all of my off wall questions but the kids too. I needed this experience today it really opened me up and I am thankful to have met her. I began to ask for they did readings in the store and she told me yes shes gone them for 30 years . Not one time did she pressure me into booking or getting one. This means alot she cared about me as a person not money. Great person! Someone like this is once in a lifetime. Thank you Lisa ❤ you turned 20 minutes into a once in a lifetime experience!

My boyfriend and I came here for our one year anniversary (we drove 2 hours)! We were followed around the store the entire time which made us extremely uncomfortable. My boyfriend was admiring one of the shades in the store (looking for a price) and was rudely told that he had no business looking there. He then apologized politely explaining himself and again she said rudely that he did not have any business being back there. This is a nice shop with beautiful products but due to the very rude atmosphere I do not recommend this shop and will not be returning. For a spiritual shop I was expecting a much kinder environment! Treating every customer like a criminal is extremely unprofessional.

Has overpriced crystals to at are mostly fake. Sells satin spar as selenite for a very high price. The room with the cashier was very awkward and she gave off very weird vibes. If you’re looking for crystals do not purchase from there. Sells pentagram candle holders for $7 when another store sells THE SAME ones for $1 each. They sell little bowls that have green and blue and white for a very big price. but i’ve seen the same ones in other stores for much cheaper. Not worth spending your money there. Very good selection if you’re not worried about fakes. But the price they charge for the fake is awful. Hope you take all these issues into consideration. Thanks.

Soon as me and my friend come into this place, an employee followed us around the whole entire store watching every single move we made and made us feel really uncomfortable. I was considering buying something, but after I realized it was a worker that was constantly watching me thinking I was gonna steal something, I decided not to. Totally rude atmosphere & paranoid. It just made me feel on edge. I’ve been here before about a year ago and I did not have this same experience. So maybe you guys should learn to quit treating everyone that comes into the store like a criminal and realize they’re a human being. I’m from out of town as well, we were definitely not expecting such a rude atmosphere from what is supposed to be a respectable, spiritual shop.

When I’m in Louisville I always make it a priority to stop by Stix-N-Stones. This cute little shop carries a variety of spiritual and metaphysical tools and collectibles at an affordable price point! I’ve always experienced friendly and informative customer service despite my seemingly unending questions.If I could change anything, I’d suggest a bigger variety of deity sculptures and altar pieces.All in all a great place and a necessary stop for anyone interested in the occult.

Let me please start off by saying that it pains me to have to write this. I traveled to this store from almost 2 hours away after wanting to visit for years. Initially, my experience seemed to be lovely. I was greeted by both floor sales clerks who were attentive and offered me a small basket for shopping. Once I had made my choices for the items I wanted, I made my way to the register. The owner was friendly and spoke of how the business had grown over the course of 11 years. I had purchased one black cat candle $6.95, a single rose gold chime candle $1, a Jericho flower $4.95, a package of Mistletoe $3.95, a Break Your Own geode $4.95, and a small bottle of sage clearing spray $6.95. I included pricing for a reason. Im lucky I have a good memory. Before tax I had kept a running total in my head and knew my total amount was going to be around $30. I was charged $62+! I am extremely hard of hearing so I handed my card over, thinking I had just simply misheard and figured I would check my receipt to be sure. Im a person who is overly trusting, to a fault. There was NO receipt and EVERY price tag had been removed from my items....which was VERY odd. There wasnt any mention of a digital receipt either. So what choice did I have but to accept being charged double when I had ZERO proof?! I would expect that loading two candles, two herb/flower packets, a geode, and some spray into a small bag would send up a red flag to the owner when the total is over $60, but I guess not. I did have an incense stick thrown in at the end as a gift. I wont say to avoid this store because it COULD have been an honest mistake, but do pay attention.I accept full responsibility for this review and will edit based on response.

I havent had any in store issues of my own, but I ordered from the website on November 12 and here it is December 29th and Ive yet to receive my order. No updates on when or if its even coming.

Since my spiritual awakening in June of 2019, I have been to the shop many times. They have a very nice selection of crystals and other products (candles, tarot cards, altar cloths, and herbs, just to name a few things). You can also ask to see if they can look into getting a particular product that you are looking into as well. The staff is very helpful, respectful and friendly.Not only for the shop, but Lisa, the owner, is very gifted with her readings. Very professional, makes you feel at ease during the reading and extremely, extremely informative. Will definately have to see her again in the future for another reading.

I stopped in for the first time today and loved it. Just stepping through the door i instantly felt more at peace. Not only did Shawn help me find exactly what i was looking for, but he was also genuinely nice and we had a great conversation. I bought a few different items and he took time to wrap each piece with care and i really appreciate all the effort he made.

I have been to the store many times and spent a respectable amount of money. I came in one day with some stones and crystals to ask what they were (some of which I purchased there). The owner came out from a side-room and basically lost her mind refusing to even look at what I had. She would not even let me explain that some of my collection was purchased there. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN. I WILL WITHER GO TO OTHER STORES IN THE LOCAL AREA OR DRIVE TO SOUTHERN INDIANA INSTEAD OF WALKING 20 HOUSES UP THE STREET.

Made a long trip out of our way to shop here. Our daughter is on the autism spectrum & doesnt have a volume filter. She was pointing out all the stones in the store, excited to see all the different stuff. We were told to be quiet, to which I responded, My daughter is autistic and really cant control it. I was told she was cute. 🙄Bottom line- You own a business. You want to stay in business, dont drive customers away. We wont be coming back.

The girl that was working was incredibly down-to-earth, and was knowledgeable about most of the items available for sale. She recommended products after listening to my needs, and did not push products on me. She was obviously intent on helping,not selling.I would most definitely and actually have recommend this store and intend to return for many more visits.

I just had the kindest (and safe) covid-purchasing experiences! Lisa was very patient with my indecisiveness, respected what I knew, and was not condescending about what I did not — offering great suggestions for the stix-n-stonz that I needed for my home. I bought 10 crystals from the $3 table and then two for 4.50 but she charged over $50 for them when it should’ve been no more than $45 at most.

Its a nice little stop for all things metaphysical. The staff seem pretty knowledgeable and theyre friendly and pretty laid back. They even help you locate items that they may not have in store and order it for you. If different stones are your thing they have a nice variety, and when they order some for you they make sure to get a decent quantity so you can choose the size ans shape that fits you best. They also have a nice supply of incense and oils for all you fragrance lovers. If you have some spare time, definitely stop by.
