Do not shop Asylum Props. I made an order August 5th, and never received the item. I reached out several times through email, phone,(left two voicemails) and Facebook messages to get a update. They looked at my messages, but I never got back a response. The website didn’t say if item was in stock or an estimated guess when I would receive it. My order still said processing.. They had no problem taking my money though. I finally decided to dispute the charges and got a credit back in my account. I hate doing this, but they wouldn’t respond. It’s was 54 days since I ordered it. I had up to 60 days to dispute the charge. I was honestly willing to wait if they just let me know what’s going on. How do you run a business with no Communication??
