Staff was very helpful. I came in looking to buy my first pair of leather chaps and the staff member was very helpful on helping me find the right size and how to put them on. Also had my two young kids (ages 6-4) with me and he was very friendly and polite to my kids. Will definitely shop there again.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.TL:DR just buy online or from somewhere else in town. Literally anywhere but here.Ive shopped here twice. Both times the employees displayed absolutely zero integrity. The first time, I bought a battery. When I asked them to fill it with acid (they do not ship pre-filled), they refused, saying they dont do that and argued with me for ten minutes before one employee finally admitted that they DO fill them with acid, but just happened to be out of acid packs. They then wanted to argue with me about returning the battery because the box was open. It had been opened right in front of them.A year later, last week, I decided to let go of the grudge and give them another shot. I needed brake pads. I called ahead to check that they had the part I needed and was told it was my lucky day, they happened to have one set left. I hurried down. I asked three times, this is the correct part? The guy (Loren) checked three times and said absolutely.Lo and behold, I get home and double check the OEM part for appearance and the brake pad manufacturers website for compatibility. The model number of my bike, which I recited for him 3x, was nowhere to be seen and the pad looked nothing like what I needed. When I called to complain, Lorens co-worker (Lee, I believe) told me that he had told Loren that those pads would not fit my bike.Neither of them had the integrity to let me know before I left, necessitating a 45 minute round trip to return something they knew they shouldnt have sold me in the first place.Ill pay a few dollars more next time at Magnum or online at Partzilla, and Ill be sure to tell anyone I know who rides about how sorry these folks are.

Huge disappointment. The first person I talked to said they dont work on motorcycles, the second said I can bring the bike and new tube in and get the tire fixed, the third said I can only bring the wheel in and I had to buy theirs. I already had the bike in the truck ready to go.🙄 Only good thing was the second person said they would do it for $15.

Ive bought a bit of gear here. Two jackets, a mustang seat, vance and Hines exhaust, phone holder, USB charger adapter, handlebar bag, backrest bag, license plate mount, gloves and a few other things. Always easy shopping, fair prices, nice helpful workers and never had any quality expectations fail to be met.

The manager Wayne is very rude to customers and employees. I feel so very sorry for the people who shop and the people that work at this cyclegear. None of the employees are enthusiastic or even seem a little bit happy. Dont waste your money there order online.

Unbelievable! Acceptional people! Had a leak in my tire. Turned out it was an easy fix. They told me 25 dollars and didnt charge anything due to the nature of an easy repair. I was looking for Icon jackets They didn’t have them. The staff was friendly and I ended up purchasing riding shoes. The store was clean and nice to be in. I only wish they stocked more than Bilt and Sedici in riding apparel.

Stopped in to shop for a helmet for the wife. Staff member, even though he approached us as soon as we walked in, was not helpful as if he was required to speak to us and just walked away. Looked for several minutes on our own to find the right size while 3 staff members watched with no help. We didnt know what size would work for her. No offer to measure her or help her.(Only one other customer in the store) When we finally HAD to ask for help, Mr. could careless informed us they only had what was on the shelves with no other stock but we could always order it in .Came home, ordered exact same helmet on Amazon and saved 35% vs store price. Thanks for saving me money guys. Nashville store and staff are so much better than this place. Wont be back.

All helmets were TOO big xxl to too small xs or small. They daoud all their helmets were our on the shelf. Looking for half helmet or one with blue tooth.

Needed a helment for my 8yr old son. The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable on how the helment should fit and explained all of this to my hard headed son that wanted the biggest one he could fit.

Great costumer service

Bought a $700 helmet the day before yesterday. Figured out it was a size too big, so I drove an hour back to the store today to exchange, after confirming I could over the phone. Knowing they didn’t have my same helmet in stock, they said they would order me one. Once I get there, when they started the exchange, and then I was told that the original discounts ($20 + 10% military) couldn’t be applied. The associate said I’d have to call customer service. I said I’d do a full refund if the same price couldn’t be honored. They did a full refund and didn’t even make an attempt to figure out a solution for the exchange.Customer service isn’t a priority here. My past few experiences there have made that completely evident. I purchased from another online retailer. We are done with Cycle Gear.

Visited the store early July for a helmet, I believe his name was Danny and he was INCREDIBLE. Very helpful, friendly and just classy in general.Came back to the store a week or two later to make a return- whoever works the counter Thursday nights has a serious attitude problem which needs to be addressed. I walked through the door with my helmet and before I could reach the counter he just loudly sighed and rolled his eyes, ignored me and walked to the back of the store. He came back a few minutes later, when i told him I needed to return he said he couldn’t because there was a sticker on there from an event I had planned on going to but didn’t end up using it for.I wasn’t really planning on arguing because I already had an idea what their return policy was like in regards to items being unused and in same condition as they were sold but I just wanted to check. I nodded and said that I understood, but he immediately said, “I’m getting a manager.” On the way back I hear him talking (loudly) to himself about the nerve of customers like me, etc.The manager I talked to was friendly and I appreciated her demeanor. I explained what had happened, and apologized. I didn’t get the chance to tell her I had never argued or even asked to speak to her. But whoever was running the counter had some serious anger issues. He’s not a very good representative of your store. So far the other two, Danny and your manager, are excellent and I would do business with them again if I ever need any more gear. But if I was to come back and see that guy again, I’d probably leave. He’s just an accident waiting to happen. And so far judging from some other reviews I see on here, I’m not the only one that thinks so.

I was at your store at 215 S Hurstbourne Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40222 today. I commented that the sign said customers had to wear a mask to enter, but employees werent wearing them. The guy at the counter said if I had a problem with that I could leave, gestured at the door. So I did. The mask thing is anoying but his attitude was unacceptable. Plenty of places to buy stuff online, dont need to deal with attitude just to pay more at your brick and mortar stores.

Didnt have what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Called ahead of time to see if they had a hellmet model in stock in two sizes and they said they had both of them. Immediately drove there on a 45 minute drive and found out they lied to me and they didnt even have one of the two helmets. This was the last straw, as I am buying everything on the web from now on, even if I have to return something if it is the wrong size.

Be careful, because they’ll decide to close during business hours at a whim. Stopped in at 3:30 to find a sign that simply said “lunch”. Not “I’ll be back at x time”, just lunch. And businesses wonder why everyone is buying from Amazon.

I have been to many motorcycle gear shops and none of them have treated me like these people. They are courteous and genuinely care about getting you the right product. I got a helmet at another retailer and they didnt help me at all. These guys made sure it fit to the point they had me test ways I never thought about. They are also very knowledgeable on their products as well.

I got a white blaze helmet for $80 for my first helmet, and it looked amazing. I had a motorcycle accident not too long ago and it did its job and all I had was road rash and some scrapes on me. Went back and bought new gloves, a new sedici helmet, a cardo system to install into the helmet, and bought a sedici jacket. Love the gear here, and the jacket is because I didnt have one when I had the accident. If you would want a recommendation on a first helmet, the bilt blaze is amazing, $80, and looks nice. I still have it to this day just to keep since Im so attached to it
