Ive been coming to see Joe and his guys for years. We have always gotten done what we asked for the way we asked for it. Today we brought in another car being built for the drag strip and had some custom exhaust tips and some pipe work done for the lowered car to not scrape like it was. This badass car now sounds and looks amazing and the symmetrical tips could not be better. Thanks guys!

Put my vehicle on the lift as soon as I pulled into the lot. Once he had given it a quick inspection and realized he wasnt able to fix the issue, he recommended me to Newtons for service. Didnt even charge me to look at it. That really shocked me. For that reason I cant recommend them enough for simple exhaust repairs.

Rob M., 09/16/2014 I was in on 9-12-2014. I was told they were a very good business. Man I know they are wrong. I needed the down pipe from the exhaust manifold to the catalytic converter and two other exhaust joints welded up. I know the new complete down exhaust pipe from Auto Zone was 179.00. But I received from Affordable Muffler a patched up system with using some of my old down exhaust pipe.(I thought I was paying for a new down exhaust pipe) Then the first exhaust pipe joints that I slide together and clamp to get to Affordable Muffler to weld was fine the other exhaust pipe joint will probably last maybe 6 months to a year. That second joint should have had one of the exhaust pipes expanded and slide over the other exhaust pipe and then welded. All that for 300.00. I was charged for two hours labor for a job that took and hour. 89.00 for a flex pipe that you can buy for 30.00. (I understand markup) They also wanted me to leave so it looked like they spent a lot more time on the job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR GO BACK to Affordable Muffler

Called to get exhaust put on my c5 corvette. Was told that it is not our fault if we drag the car up the drive on lift. So I went to gap exhaust on Preston. They did a great job. And was glad for the business. Dont go to affordable exhaust with your nice car. May be good for junk.

Took truck in for exhaust leak. Price was so reasonable, was able to put 2 new exhaust tips on. In and out within a hours time. Great job guys.

Avoid at all costs! Took my car here because it was much louder than normal when driving and I thought it may be an exhaust leak. I pulled up during normal business hours and they were closed but one associate was in the parking lot. He explained how no one else showed but he could take a look at my Jeep for me. After lifting the car up on the rack he said I didn’t have an exhaust leak but it was my flex pipe that was making the noise. Because he didn’t know how to operate the computer in the office he could only take cash so I paid $240 to have him do the repair. He pulled my car back out and right as I’m about to drive off I noticed the check engine light is now on. We determined it was an o2 sensor (working fine before) so I had to go buy a new one which he replaced for free. Get up on the highway and it’s still making the same sound. Took it to another shop and they said it wasn’t the exhaust at all and instead it was a bad wheel bearing so I got cheated out of $270 to replace parts that didn’t need to be fixed. This whole place feels like a scam and I would stay as far away from this shop as possible!

Had a Cadillac converter put in three weeks ago and in and out with in a hours time every thing is working to a tee

Great exhaust work! I went there for an exhaust leak close to the engine which can be very expensive if you go to the wrong place. These guys were very professional and upfront about the problem. They had me in and out very quickly and for a very reasonable amount of money.I would highly recommend! I wish more business were like this one!

Joe installed an aftermarket exhaust for me. Nice work on it and the price was decent. Everything was okay except that the exhaust was touching my bumper and he told me it would be fine if it touched and hung like that. Boy, was i wrong to trust this guy. The exhaust started to melt my bumper a bit so I came back the next day to see if he could lower the exhaust hanger, but before I asked all that, he said it was nothing he could do, got mad, and rudely turned me away. I thought I found a shop I could trust until this happened. I went to another shop where they lowered my exhaust hanger and completely made sure everything was prepared before I left. Sorry Joe, you need to work on your temper and learn how to be more polite.

Rented a UHAUL, got there before they opened. When they opened I waited for the uhaul rental truck person. He came, took my info, took the keys straight from the drop box and handed them to me. Didnt go to the truck to make sure the gas or miles were correct and nor did they check the outside/inside of the truck for damages. When I returned, they charged me 65 dollars for 65 miles, which I never did. I didnt even go over 20 MILES! Now I have to pay $65 because they claim they checked the miles. And the miles were definitely never checked. It was the fastest rental check in I have ever had! Make sure you use cash renting here or youll get yourself in a mess like this!

I am very happy with my experience with these guys. I brought my jeep in to them because I had some rattling coming from a loose tail pipe and they fixed my right up. They got me right in with no waiting and and within minutes they had completely fixed the problem. To my astonishment they didnt even charge for me for the service. I will definitely continue to go to them for all my exhaust and muffler needs from now on. I highly recommend this business.

Great price, fast service! Went in on a Tuesday morning and was out within 45 minutes. Flex pipe replacement only cost $90 - every other shop in town wanted much more.

They done a good job on my truck and I would let them do any job and recommend them to any body.

This shop was supposed to fix my check engine light that was for a catalytic converter and was never able to complete the job correctly. Had to take it to another shop where I ended up losing out on my money altogether! I found this shop to be dishonest and incredible!

Rented a uhaul from here. Or should I say got scammed out money for no reason. I’ve been renting uhaul for every move I’ve had in the army and never had a problem. But went to this place and rented one for an in town move literally less than 30 miles. Which should have been $60 at the most they charged me well over $100 and then when i called the actually uhaul place they said affordable muffler would have to go in and change it to in town move instead of (One way) even though we clearly said we were moving less than 20 mins from out current place. On top of that we went and filled the uhaul back up to half a tank like they said and today they charged $30 for gas even though we already filled it. Trying to say we didn’t even though we did. Now they are giving me the run around when they have taken almost $100 for nothing. This place is garage and has horrible customer service. Con artists. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you want reandom charges on your bank statement because they want to steal from you. Complete trash I have to take this up with the manager over the uhauls in that area because this establishment can’t corrent their own problems. This is not okay, I wouldn’t have even given this place one star if i didn’t have to in order to write a review.

They will try to fix what is not broken in your car, so they can make money regardless. be sure that something is wrong with your exhaust system for sure before you go there or avoid this place at all cost if its possible.
