The employees here were so amazing and helpful and the store has really awesome stuff. There is just not much of a selection at this location at all! I couldnt find any of the shirts I wanted in my size so I ended up just leaving with some fishnets!

Unfortunately this Hot Topic is the worst we have been to. Dealt with multiple employees and all were rude and disrespectful

I get that theyve had to redo the store since Covid but the selection is getting smaller and smaller. You do better to order online anymore, ESPECIALLY with larger sizes. Its like they refuse to have anything larger than a large in the store.

I took my daughters to Jefferson Mall today. We usually shop in Indiana by our home. I decided to go in Hot Topic. My daughters went to another store. I asked Ruby if they had a large in a shirt hanging she said no. Didn’t even look. I found it told, showed her which one was a large. She got smart. Ok, I’m 47 years old. So over look her, then she took the shirt raised her voice and I had to tell her to hand me the shirt. Ok my teenagers daughters are in another store. So I brought the shirt told the manager. Left the store. I walking towards Ruby with my two teenagers daughters to go to the restroom. She runs over to security. If you was so right raising your voice to a grown woman. What are you scared of? I treat people and talk to people. The way I want to be treated and talk too. I will continue to shop at hot topic, but I will make sure my teenage daughters are with me.

A clean store with attentive staff. Easy to find what youre looking for. A little too easy to blow $200 if you walk in without something specific in mind.

Fun store to go into and explore and look at the different things that they have. We enjoyed looking through and getting several of the little round pins. The store staff was friendly.

My daughter loves hot topic. Just wish the stores were a bit more roomy.

Staff is friendly and the store is always clean. They have the same type of merchandise for the past 20 years. So you know what you are getting into when you go here.

Went Black Friday shopping here. My sister and I had picked out several tees at $10 per. My sister works at a hospital and got called in to work, so we had to leave before checking out. An associate offered to hold the shirts for us and let us pay for them at a later date at Black Friday price! It was awesome! We left and came back the next day to purchase our shirts, however, we were met by the manager telling us that our shirts were no longer $10 and instead $20 a piece! We explained the situation and even brought over the sales associate from yesterday who held them for us. We were told that she wasn’t allowed to do that and that the best she could do was 30% off (that’s still $17/shirt). So now I’m left without the gifts I’d picked out for my friends and they’re left without my future business. :(

Hot Topic used to be the place to go for all of the cool stuff, including band tees. Now, their walls are filled with clutter that never sells and tees that nobody wants to be caught dead in. Bring back metal tees, to start!

As with all Hot Topics, this store is cramped and gets crowded really fast. But the staff here is pretty good and I enjoy browsing.

Sometimes I find something cool, not as good as when I was a bit younger though lol

Prices are really high here but staff is nice typically.

They had everything we were looking for plus more. The staff was friendly and helpful. The downside is the store is small and cluttered and its really hard to walk around in there.

My girlfriend and I recently had a very bad experience in the store. We were walking around the mall and decided to walk into the store to check out the clothes and POP figures. A worker wearing a joker themed outfit met us as we walked in and was extremely pushy the entire time that we were there. He wouldnt take no for an answer and kept pushing things to buy on us. I found it extremely inappropriate and rude. This lasted the entire time that we were in the store. We couldnt even have 5 minutes of peace to look at items ourselves. Ive never had an issue like this before but this incident was so bad that I refuse to return to Hot Topic at this location.

Lots of selections, but not in sizes. Anything over a medium-sized they have extremely few selections.
