Had to have a diagnostic test ran on my daughters car. Bryan went above and beyond. Due to Covid he’s not allowed to get in my daughters, but he was patient and helped me step by step in order to do it myself. Thank you so much Bryan!! Your kindness went a long way!! Will definitely be back!!

Was in there just a few minutes ago asking the blonde lady working if they could run diagnostics on my car because the battery light has been coming on. She proceeded to tell me that no she wouldnt run diagnostics on my car but would test the battery, alternator and starter. I told her I had already done that but everything tested fine so I wanted to see what code it was putting out. She tried to tell me it wouldnt put out a code for the battery light coming on and refused to help me, was not nice about it all. I tried to show her that it does put out a code and even told her my dad is a mechanic and I know it puts out a code but thanks for not helping me, she said OK, bye! In the rudest manner possible. Gotta love being treated like this when you are asking for help. I will not ever set another foot in that store.

I really never go anywhere else because the folks who work here are always quick to assist in a friendly and efficient manner. Prices are fair and they rarely dont have what I need and are quick to call around and find it for me if they dont. A+ service for sure.

I went in this morning and asked for a starter for my 2007 Honda accord. When I told them the prices listed on their website didnt match what they were showing in store the manager proceeded to laugh at me and mansplain in a condescending manner why the results on my search were wrong. Just because Im a female doesnt mean I dont deserve the same respect as every other customer that walks in. Also my dad is a mechanic, I know more than the average female. Wont be giving this place my business ever again.

This is my go to place when I am in Loveland. I think they have an excellent on site selection, and I have always been happy overall with the service. The only reason this is not a 5 star is the location. It is convenient, but it is also tricky to get into. It is very easy to miss the tight, and not well marked turn. Getting turned around is not super simple for someone not familiar with the area. Keep your eyes peeled as a first timer, take it slower approaching the turn and you will be fine.

I needed a running light and showed which bulb was burnt out. They gave me the number for high beams. I went to return them. I had no receipt but credit card on file. They adamantly said no, I can’t get a refund because I might have switched them with an inferior brand.Go 1/4 mile up the road to O’riley’s! Their mistake, my $33.00.

FINALLY got my backup Subaru running after 3 months (not a good idea to let a battery die).Decided to run the engine at higher speeds on 287 from Longmont to Loveland, stopped at AZ Loveland. WOW! Wish our AZ was so organized and easy to navigate!I got some items to help my ol gals oxidized engine hood looking good again. Thanks to the friendly man who actually asked if I needed help. You dont find that much anymore. 💜

Many people who do some work on their cars have an auto-parts opinion. I think theyre all about the same. Auto Zone rents specialty tools, checks codes, and has better than average inventory. The stores I go to are pretty nice.

Always helpful with great service. They ordered the wrong brake kit but helped me locate another one in town immediately so I could get the replacement done.

I come here once every 2 weeks for my basic needs (coolant, deicing liquid, wipers, fuel additives and oil) and their prices are fair. Make sure you sign up with a card so that youre able to get discounts on your next purchase. This is a great place !

They had the parts that were needed and workers were helpful.

I called the Orchard center and they told me if I bought a battery with AutoZone they would change it for me. They didnt have the battery I needed and told me to go to this location. After I bought the battery the girl told me it is to complicated to change, we need to remove this panel. Which is a lie and other places are much more affordable so I returned the battery and put it in myself.

Very friendly staff, answered all of my questions. Definitely prefer going here over the auto parts store acrossed the street (horrific customer service there). This is the first place I go for auto parts.

I love being able to drop off my used motor oil and getting my codes read for free. They also have handy restrooms for when nature knocks on the back door. I still buy my parts off eBay but its fun to see what prices they have on the same exact parts! Always leave with a smile. The employees sure look happy to be there. I definitely give it 5 stars!

Do not carry what I was looking for, 2 items that is.. basic items from my stand point, Auto zone is a wanna be about parts place ..they can order it 6 days later. Wait, went to Napa easy in easy out with both parts...

The employees here are very helpful and acknowledge you as soon as theyre available. My Chevy 1500 is going to be brand new by the time I get finished with her. I love this truck, cant beat a $500 buy for a running truck. Im thinking an LS swap Will do her well.

Great staff. Well stocked location. This store consistently has items the competition doesnt.The only downside that if you return a debit card purchased, your only option is a cash refund. Thats not ideal for someone who does most of their shopping online, and its not typical compared to most other stores. I believe this has nothing to do with the staff but is a local or national AutoZone policy.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a part and they explained how speakers work to me like I was a child. Did not help me find whatI was looking for and quite frankly he sounded incredibly stupid.

Halfway through an oil change I discovered that the oil filter was the wrong one. $@&(,£}€< auto parts store.So I called up Autozone off south Lincoln in Loveland CO.Colby and the entire AutoZone team members were fantastic. I walked into this store for the first time about a week and a half ago. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the store. And then the staff let me tell you about the staff theyre clean cut. They get right to the point help you with what they can and they tell you whether they know something about it and if they dont they will ask another employee that might have a better idea about the item you were inquiring about. This store when I bought it item from them I would open it up at the counter to make sure it had all the parts, every item I picked up had every single one of the parts not a part missing... Which I know is the way it should be 9 times out of 10 Im returning parts because not everything came with the purchased item. I wanted to give these guys a high rating because they helped me out They went out of their way to help me out. Unknown to them I had been to 10 other AutoZone that day every single one of them BS me on the part sold me as much as they could and then when I get back to my car and check with what I had only then to realize I was missing several parts from each item I purchased so I had to waste my time and my money driving back to these stores and returning the product I was very frustrated at this point. A fellow soldier of mine mentioned this store on South Lincoln in Loveland. He told me I was able to get what he needed get it on his truck and get on his way with a quickness. He said it was one of the most knowledgeable stores hed been in and he was treated with respect. After coming to the store getting the parts I needed and getting on my way I left with a really good feeling. I thought to myself I would love to have these guys working in my motor pool in the military. Because I could count on them, because without a motor pool & without parts for our vehicles the battle cant go on, The war cant be won. I stopped here on my way to Fort Collins because my windshield wipers were driving me crazy. The staff was so knowledgeable in helping me choose the best wipers and washer fluid. The tech installed my wipers, refilled my fluid and noticed that my spray nozzles were broken too, so he replaced those too! The customer service far exceeded expectations!

Typically always have what I need in stock or a day or two out. Their guys today were knowledgable and despite being short handed did their best to efficiently handle the work load.

It’s an auto parts store. There’s nothing that stands out as exceptional. The staff is mainly younger people who don’t have much experience or knowledge on large projects but they can look up a part number...

I love that we were helped right as soon as we stepped into the store, which is abnormal for me. The associate helped us and gave us advice on what were doing. When we had a return, it was quick and painless. Our only problem was that we paid for 1/4 of our purchase with a giftcard and the rest in cash. When we returned one item, they put it back on the giftcard citing store policy. So now were stuck with the giftcard again. Other than that dumb policy, it was a good experience.

I had to come here because the idiot tech at Walmart would not change my front turn signal bulb. The cashier (I cant remember his name) was very helpful in figuring out which bulb was actually going out and making sure I had it changed correctly.

The people there are always helpful and help me find whatever Im looking for even if its not at there store

After waiting 15 minutes, my parts were missing key components that were pictured. The manager had no idea what they were for. Look I review a lot, most of them good, but this place should be avoided. If I have to order parts after the fact, that are pictured as coming with what Im buying, I wont ever shop at your store again.

I just called asking for a motor mount and the employee trying to sound like an announcer for a football game or movie told me i need to get a smart phone and look it up myself. Worst service ever and more rude than i want to get into. Him not listening to my car model, year, and make while saying i need a smart phone to figure it out is unacceptable. I will be calling the owner tomorrow to end this employees job as he doesnt need to be in automotive or customer service.

Long wait for a Clerk, slack-jawed responses to questions, heaps of inexperience behind the counter, full retail prices on goods, the majority of which originate from China ( take THAT, Walmart!)
