The whole crew was great! I had trouble with a battery that was almost out of warranty. I had to have it jumped 4 times before finally making it in to automotive. These guys were fabulous! Switched out the battery and I was on my way in less then 15 minutes! Dont hesitate if you need automotive at Walmart on Denver Ave! These guys and one girl know how to handle customer service! Walmart you have a great team that works well together. Do whatever you have to do to keep them together ❤

Campsites in new Red Cloud loop are full hookup and spacious. Price is reasonable. Grounds are dust and a few weeds, but should be prairie natural in next year. The Park is very interesting and worth a few days stay.

Talk about Walmart as you will. You cannot get a better deal on tires. I, as I assume most other consumers do shop around before I make the decision to purchase. As per I said. I was In the market for some tires and I made my way around Loveland to see what the best deal was for me. Well there are a couple of things that the local stores did that I just didnt like. 1.) Was that I mentioned to each of them that I had 18 Inch tires on my current car. I had recently purchased it and thought the whole time I owned it that it appeared to me that it just seemed too much. Anyway I asked if the tires on the car were the proper size and if they were the way they came from the factory. On each occasion I was told yes to both questions. They were not. 16 inch tires are the factory stock tire. Of course the ones that are on my car are more expensive. Also please tell me how a tire one size s.aller cots 100. More. At least for the 4 stores I was comparing. And not at Walmart. At Walmart the tires cost the same.Also for the over all price were like 85.00 cheaper

Great deal on tires and they even did the valve stems for free. Roadside insurance is definitely worth the bang for your buck.

When they close at 7 and you get there at 635 for an oil change and the guy says we already ruined if the compressor sorry. Guess it doesnt have an on switch 😂. If you dont actually work until 7 maybe change your hours!

I was in a jam and needed to get back on the road quickly! After the extreme unprofessionalism I experienced at the Walmart on 65th Avenue, I was pleasantly surprised By the professionalism Knowledge and speed Provided by KYLE and crew!Maybe the other Walmarts in the area Should talk to Kyle And try To emulate his kindness And Professionalism!

They didnt put the oil cap back on my girlfriends jeep. Darn near seized the engine after 4qts poured out the top when they moved it back to the parking lot. I told them to clean the mess, reimburse me for a new cap, and do something to help repair damages to the vehicle. Single-brain-cell automotive manager gave me 2 cans of degreaser and told me it wasnt his problem.TL;DR, they almost totaled my vehicle and claimed it wasnt their job to fix it.NEVER go here. Ever.

7/21/19: Wow. John provided excellent service. I brought in a tire for repair under warranty. They accidentally broke a stud, but John explained how they will reimburse me for the stud repair. I mean, thats what I would expect of any shop that damaged my car, but its the way that John approached me and talk to me through the entire process explaining everything professionally and making sure that I felt comfortable.Much better experience than usual at this location.

Every tire shop in town is open but Wal-Mart and Sams. People that need rotations and balances on tires purchased here screwed as a result. They should be reimbursing people that have to get it done elsewhere. Horrible service do not buy Tires here or you will forever regret it.

The manager kept telling me over and over that it was going to be a while to change my cars oil since the technicians were on lunch. I repeatedly told him it was fine; it was like he was trying to get me to go somewhere else. Also, I waited 20 minutes after my car was done to get my keys and pay, I even had to tell the manager my car was done to get out of there. Terrible service.

You certainly get what you pay for it here at Walmart. Was a bit hesitant to take my Jaguar here but needed to have it done on the weekend and no one else was available on Sundays. Feel bad for the employees who have to work on the weekends. The price was right and they had the correct oil for my vehicle.

It was awesome I was purchasing some coolant I had forgot my pin number to my credit card so was not able to purchases the item as I was leaving the associate asked me maam is the coolant for your car is it overheating I said no he was willing to give it to me for FREE I told him thank you for the offer my heart was full with JOY because he was concerned. So I had to call the bank got to figure it out and was able to make my purchase.

These dudes are awesome and do a grate job, wish they offered more services like checking the engine and fuses.

I brought a tire in to have it patched and I waited over an hour just to have them say that it was to close to the side wall of the tire. I work at a dealership for GMC, Buick as a technician and have repaired many tires before. I just want mine patched before I went to work as it was a Sunday. The hole was more than an inch from the side wall. I should not have even bothered to go there as I will patch the tire myself and it will be as good as new. What a waste of time to set there for over an hour and had to show them were the hole was and be told they could not fix it. If you ever need a tire patched dont bother to take it here.

Currently at the other Walmart on 287 and I am waiting to get an oil change. The wait is 3 hours. Ive heard several people call and ask how long the wait would be. The man working in the auto center politely told everyone it will be a 3 hour wait. So I figured i would call this Walmart on Denver Ave. When they answered and i asked how long the wait may be the woman on the phone said. I cant tell you, its first come first serve. Just wanted to say even if there is a three hour wait at the Walmart on 287 its probably worth the wait considering how bad the customer service is at this Walmart on Denver Ave.

Randy was very rude! Not helpful at all.. Rick and Kyle are great!! They stepped in and helped us out.. Got our car in and got us taken care of with no attitude and they were very nice and apologetic for Randy being so rude.. Thank you Rick and Kyle!!

Got my oil changed. But it took two hours and my car smelled like sweaty mechanic and my keychain was filthy when I got it back.

Went in on Saturday afternoon after discovering what awful shape my tires were in. The price was affordable (I called for an estimate on the way) and Kenneth and the team had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! Their wonderful service quickly turned my day around and kept me on my way to my Saturday plans!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service. Hours say 7am-7pm, yet ALL bays are empty and will not except a 15-20 minute job after 5:30pm. & the way they handled it was VERY unprofessional. Find a different tire shop than this.

Poor interpersonal skills, the woman I spoke with was rude, condescending, defensive and lacked basic etiquette.

Thay receminded a flush for my power steering system, I gave them the ok but they didnt do it, wy even bother asking me.

I would have given zero stars if I were allowed to. I called to find out how late was the latest I could come in for an oil change around 550 p.m. and was told if I showed up by 7 p.m. I would be accepted. I came in at 6 p.m. and had to wait 12 minutes before anyone even came out to help me. Then I was told they stop taking cars at 6 p.m.When I asked why I was told 7 p.m. when I called shortly before and was given no answer only told they stop taking cars and I would just have to come back. I will go somewhere else for oil changes and never come back here.

Ask for a tire. They said they had to order it. But needed a pic number of tire. Im a mechanic and I can tell they didnt want do their job that day. Call onother walmart in Wyoming they said that the store had it. But I would reather drive to Wyoming istead of dealing with people like them.

I was told I could have my tires done but when i arrived and waited 45 minutes I was told that I cannot have it done. The supervisor was rude and racist

Wouldn’t mount my new tires because I only bought three out of four tires through Walmart. Said it was unsafe for my transmission to mount only the three. Even after seeing my tires were completely bald. Think at that point I’m more concerned about tread and not my transmission. Anyways, guess the customer isn’t always right at Walmart.
