I LOVE this store! I literally could shop here everyday if I had endless funds. The selection of items is fantastic. I usually stop by for tulle to use in my wreaths that I hand make. They have a good selection of holiday tulle! Best place in town in my opinion. They always have tons of fabrics, accessories for crafting, holiday decor, etc! The possibilities are endless for any crafter if they shop here.

I always have a great experience coming here. Helpful employees, and kind usually find what Im looking for.

Love love love! Had not been in for a while and had to ask where the singer sewing machine needles are, she smiled and walked me right too them!!! This store was very clean and has so many items!! Store has 6 associates walking around and only one checking out. Management decided it was more important to service online order then help people in line. Sad.

Well the register would not take my 20% coupon off . So I didnt get my discount. I was a little upset about that. Other than that the visit was fine.

Joanns is a great Store in general... The staff at this location are not very welcoming or helpful... I had to search for help and when I found Sarah she didnt seem pleased to be found she was rude, short and brief! I then had more interactions with other employees hoping to get a more helpful experience but they all seemed to act without interest.

Went into this location for the 1sr time today for a few items, thought it would be a quick stop but that was not the case. The single cashier Victoria, did a wonderful job to handle the ever growing line and the customer waiting to process a return- even after calling 4xs for a supervisor and back up cashier. She smiled, remained polite and even sanitized between each customer that passed thru her check out station. She really saved the day. I just hope that she gets a well deserved raise and some assistance.

I love how many options are in this store and the happy energy. I do wish when Im greeted that I would be asked what I might be looking for or offer a general direction for what Im looking for.

I havent been to Joanns since before the corona virus hit! I was so happy going in there again!! Everyone was so nice like always!! I had tried numerous times to order material on line from Joanns when they were closed, and everytime my order was cancelled because they didnt have the material I wanted. So I am happy they are open again! Especially since I had such terrible experiences with the on line shopping!!

Love this place. I get most of my fabrics here. And I can usually catch the fabric on sale

I called ahead about some ball mason jars and kailyn went above and beyond. Very polite and helpful. She searched for the item I was looking for and put it on hold for me. I arrived and she actually checked me out by chance. Unfortunately the mason jars werent in a case but they are so hard to find so I bought them anyway. It was a little pricey but she went out of her way and helped me find some coupons. Wonderful service!!

Susan did an awesome job helping me today. She was supposed to go on break, but she cut lots of fabric for me instead. That being said, the store needs help! Boxes everywhere that had to be moved to reach merchandise. Boxes blocking aisles-no way to stay safely distanced from other shoppers. Too little help at the cutting table-hence Susan missing her break (6 more shoppers waiting for help behind me). And too little help at the checkouts. Perhaps you can turn it around before holiday rush time hits!

One of my favorite places. Staff is always helpful. Prices and deals always available. Wish their service was better in store but cant have it all. The only problem I encounter are grouchy customers... to the man who snapped at his wife for wanting to look at patterns... chill out or dont go in.

On returns, not enough $s given back

Joanns has always been my go to for craft supplies...this time however there was no fall decor just halloween and Christmas that was very disappointing. I believe we have Thanksgiving/fall harvest to celebrate too. Not everyone wants just halloween decor.

The customer service is horrible. I couldnt find anyone in the store to help me and the lady at the register said Hello may I help you to everyone but me. I even had to ask for my total. She made me feel as if she didnt want to help me.And Im not one of those people who like to use the race card but she did seem racist. She made me feel very uncomfortable till Im tempted to return my items and never shop there again.

Clean organized store and always sure to have good discounts. The only downfall is there is no one ever working here so dont ever have a question in the store because you wont find anyone to ask, and be prepared to wait in a long line to check out as there will only be 2 people at the registers with over 30 people at any give time waiting to check out.Other than that, I still prefer to go here first. Best craft store around. Good deals and isnt trashy inside.

Great selection! I had a small issue with an advertised discount not applying, but that was handled quickly. Just be sure to keep an eye on what youre expecting to be charged and what actually rings through their point of sale system.

What is the point of claiming a price match guarantee if prices wont be matched at ALL competitors? I requested a match which amounted to a price being $.50 less than if I would have used the half off coupon and they refused to honor their own policy. Zero integrity! Take the sign down if you wont honor it!

First, I am an employee and therefore spend countless hours in this store. This is a VERY large Joann store and there is a huge inventory, fabulous employees and wonderful managers.The parking is ample, with handicapped parking and ramp entrance. There is a public bathroom in the rear of the store.Normal store hours are Monday through Saturday 9AM-9PM. Sunday 10AM-7PM. Holiday and special event hours differ, please check the website for additional information. Needless to say, the week following Thanksgiving is stressful and extremely busy. Patience is appreciated.This store is blessed to have abundant inventory turnover and deliveries come in weekly. Customers may find navigating many aisles difficult from Tuesday through Thursday or Friday as we attempt to get the merchandise stocked. During periods when holiday and seasonal merchandise is coming in quickly, we may take weeks to clear aisles. Great store for any crafter, quilter, decorator or seamstress. Clean, bright and well stocked with a large variety of merchandise. Many sale items offered each week with coupon offers as well. Employees consistently ask if you need assistance. Wait line at cashiers too long, allow for extra time just to check out. Fabric department cutting table can also take some extra time. Good location with great parking.

Havent been in a JOANN for years, and was in here for a short time to pick up something quickly. Big store wiyh tons if fabric and craft items. Employees very helpful!

This store is always very crowded yet understocked. Hard to get around. The manager has been very rude on several occasions and also likes to double charge your items which has happened to me on 2 different occasions now!!! They always argue with you over coupons, yet encourage you to use them. Very confusing! Wish they would fix the management in this store, been bad for last couple years which leads me to believe thats why they cant seem to keep good help around either. They are ALWAYS hiring?! Please fix this store so its enjoyable again!

Good prices, and incredible selection. The guy who checked me out was a little bit rude and thats the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, but Im sure he was just having a bad day because Ive always had great service there in the past.

Have great knitting and craftsupplies. Love the classes offered. Sometimes more people up front checking out would be helpful to help the lines move a little quicker. Some isles are impossible to negotiate because of boxes or supplies that Haven been put away.

One of my favorite places to shop. Always a wonderful selection of home decor and other household items.

My wife just returned from your store and after she was chased down by one of your employees and forced to take a cart with her to buy a stick of glue, she has vowed to never return to your store again. Your measure of forcing customers to take a cart that who knows what touched it before her, is a violation of the rules of sanity. You have nothing in your store that she cant get somewhere else. So thanks again for saving me untold amounts of money. Please continue to make asinine decisions regarding this pandemic that does not exist.

Its a nice store but I feel like some of their selection is low. Im from Lincoln Nebraska originally and I thought that store had a lot more selection of Notions and rulers. This is a good store though lot of selection of fabric.

These guys okayed a full refund for me, after I had brought in the wrong print to be custom framed. Now we are waiting for the correct piece to come back, and I cant wait to hang it!I believe the lady at the framing centers name is Rachel. She was very patient and enjoyable to work with, never made me feel bad for asking to see two dozen or more frame options. It was actually fun, if not puzzling at times. They have a setup there that helps to visualize how the frame/matting will look around your piece. Lots of options, and the deal they had going, Im glad we didnt let it pass us by. Even more grateful that the manager took the opportunity to allow the experience to be a good one. It was completely my mistake, and they were gracious and handled it so well.I highly recommend this store, it is clear to me they value their customers and have some excellent employees. Its ok some times you can find want you looking for. It depends what youre looking for

February 1st I called to have them check on some fabric. 1st call I was sent to the cutting area and finally hung up after 10 minutes. 2nd call I talked to a gentleman who I explained I wasn’t sure if they forgot me or what. He said they were really busy, and he would have this gal help me as soon as she was done with her customer. As he put me on hold the call was disconnected. 3rd call I explained to the girl who answered what had happened and she knew about the situation! Yah! She said the girl that was going to help me tried to pick up the phone when the man put me on hold. That’s why is disconnected. She sent me back one last time to the cutting area, I sat on hold for close to 20 minutes. Sorry, you all may be busy, but this is horrible customer service.👎🏻

The aisles in store are so packed with stuff that you can hardly get by and blocks you from getting to items that you want. Plus I didnt get a discount on gloves that I bought that were supposed to be discounted. And I also got charged twice for one item. Now I have to go back to the store which is a far distance away. And they are very short-staffed and couldnt find anybody to ask a question.

Loveland location is the best one Ive ever been to. The manager is absolutely phenomenal and always is willing to help find exactly what you need. I needed a lace to match my wedding veil with lace Id bought from a random bin months earlier and he went through an entire box of little spools with a picture of the lace I had and found me 3more. No other company I know of cares that much about their customers!

Great place to shop and have great coupons. I did take off one star because of the lack of cashiers, and when i asked her to call up another cashier she told me there were no other cashiers. She did finally call out for someone to come up and help her, but it was too little too late.

This place is always busy and its nearly impossible to get fabric cut quickly. There always seems to be a line at checkout and the fabric desk no matter the time of day I visit. They usually have a good selection and good price, just wish there was more than one person on fabric at a time.
