I went in a few weeks ago to look for a mattress for my daughter. Kenny G was very helpful. He made sure we found the most comfortable mattress and were aware how long each one would last. He also brought up the need for a mattress cover which I would’ve forgotten otherwise. My daughter is very satisfied with the new mattress, and as a family we were very satisfied with the customer service. It would’ve been easy to order online with a few clicks. However having the ability to ask questions and get honest answers about the best mattress is some thing we were very thankful for!

Kenny was an amazing sleep expert, we had a wonderful conversation and never once felt like we were being pushed into a purchase which made us more than happy to spend more. The payment plan is very reasonable, and 120 days of trial is an amazing trial period! We even got a base that moves the head and the feet for my husbands sleep apnea. I highly recommend going to this place for your bed needs!

Kenny G is knowledgeable about his products and is low key in his salesmans approach. He was able to answer any questions we had and pointed us to a brand and style of mattress that will fit our needs. I never felt I was being pressured into a decision and he made sure we understood how the trial period works.

Just opened my bed and it has a stain on it🙄....but theres no chemical smells. Shawn was very friendly and helpful, and showed us several options/comfort levels. Hopefully the bed is comfortable. Ill try and remember to update after a few sleeps. I purchased the Sleepys 10inch memory foam Doze mattress.

I’m sharing my experience on the delivery part.The delivery was absolutely terrible. The drivers came into our home and destroyed the drawers under our bed frame, then scratched the hardwood floor the company mattress firm uses are so unprofessional it’s really hard to believe. I’m in the process of the claim now and this guy I’m dealing with is just as unprofessional as the drivers were. The unfortunate part of this is mattress firm has done nothing to help resolve this, they collected our money and then shut the door behind us. I will never buy from mattress firm again.

If there were an option for hundreds of stars, I would select that! I recently retired after working in customer service for 50 years, so needless to say, that is SO important to me. We purchased 2 adjustable bases and 2 mattresses from Mattress Firm (Sculptor Dr.) in Loveland. When it came time to get them delivered, we were staying at a hotel and trying to coordinate this purchase with a custom made bed we were having delivered as well. This was early March, 2020. At the time, the Manager on Duty, Desiree Taylor was following up on our delivery. She was made aware of some potential issues and absolutely took the bull by the horns and tirelessly worked miracles.....well before we ever knew there might be a problem. On her follow-up emails to me, her name is followed by Improving Lives One Relationship At A Time. That is one thousand percent true in her case. She was caring, compassionate, detail oriented and resourceful. Although, the original sale wasnt hers, the most important thing to her was to take care of a Mattress Firm Customer. She stayed late, coordinated delivery to our extreme satisfaction and has us convinced to be Mattress Firm customers for life. It is clearly obvious that Desiree cares about taking care of ALL Mattress Firm customers. She is truly a gem and, in my opinion, a tremendous asset to a great company.

My wife and I were looking for a new bed and had told the sales lady Veronica our price range of 1000 dollars. she made us feel belittled by saying it was unrealistic and kept making snarky comments about our budget. It was completely unprofessional and didnt even help us after we told her our price range. There have been a number of othe matress stores that have been open to our budget and have had excellent customer service. Veronica is absolutely the rudest sales associate i have ever met. Will not recommend going there.

I rarely leave reviews. However, when I get surprised by the kind of dedication and real customer service I received by Heather, it needs to be recognized. I ordered a bed online through the mattress firm site....it went fine, but 4 days later (when the shipping said 5-7 business days) I still hadnt received a tracking number so I called a local store. Heather took my call, started searching, she came up with the same lack of tracking info. She came up with a fabulous solution and had a bed delivered to me of comparable value and comfort the next day. She made my day. Wish the rest of the world would get on board with her.

We came in to try out and buy a specific mattress, but the one we decided on ended up being on a 4-6 week backorder because of the pandemic (as their most popular model). Since our current mattress was broken and we needed a replacement right away, Heather gave us a great deal saying that we could try our second favorite out for a couple of months while the new shipment came in and swap out for our first choice if it didnt work out. Definitely expensive but great customer service!

We purchased a twin bed for my 83 year old grandmother and today they were supposed to deliver it to her new studio apartment between 1and 3 pm. At 3:45 pm I called the store to find out where they were with her bed and was told that they did not have it. Now yesterday they sent a text confirmation to my grandmother and ticket says it was out for delivery today. But they don’t have it, so why is it out on delivery??? Why I give them the one star is because, jake gave me a different story and song and dance each time we talked and refused to have the supervisor Angie call me. The customer service is terrible and when you screw over a customer the day of their delivery you should at least fit them in the next day if they pick out a different mattress. We canceled the order and will be spending 1500 for a twin bed elsewhere.
