I love surprising my lady friend with a stop here. The wide variety of shoes makes her giddy and she acts like a kid on a candy shop. I dont know how, must be good timing - when we check out; they tell us - we can get another pair for half price. Im always like, why not, you are only going to wear that pair of heels once this year. Thanks for making my life easy.

Great place! Had a problem after ordering online, didnt like the shoes I ended up with and online customer service said I had to return the entire order to get another pair half off. I went and spoke with the store manager and he helped me return the shoes with half off plus a small discount for my troubles. He said if I see something online to order in the store so there arent any issues. Definitely shopping in store for now on.

Awful customer service. No employees in sight the whole time I was shopping. The girl who rushed to checkout after I stood there for several minutes was in the middle of ringing me up when the phone rang. It was obviously someone who worked there, she was asking when they would be in for their shift. Told them she was with a customer but didnt bother asking them to wait a few minutes. Had an asinine, flirty conversation with them as she completely ignored my questions, and she kept putting my info in wrong.Eventually I just said screw it and left. Ive worked retail for years and would never dream of being that rude to customers. It shouldnt take ten minutes to pay for two pairs of shoes when youre the only one checking out. If you want to keep customers coming back, teach your employees how to be respectful to customers. I wont be returning.

I have never shopped for shoes here until today. I hope I got a good qulality shoe. For being on sale, I still feel a paid too much. The service was good. Someone greetes ke at the door and they were attentive to helping me find what I needed.

Not only is the selection poor, but it is so very unorganized and the workers there have zero customer service skills. I work at a company that puts customers before policy. Honestly, to sit and have the manager argue with me and waste my time about how I cant return an item I wore only once because of the policy is ridiculous. I went in circles with how the shoes were too narrow and hurt my feet. I was offered an exchange for the same product, and nothing else. Id be surprised the place is still in business with such awful customer service and policies, but then again, thats probably how this dreadful store makes money and stays in business.

Worst service. I went in when they had just opened and there were at least 8 other customers in the store so you would assume there would be an employee around ..but nope. I walked around for 5min literallysaying aloud anyone work here ? I finally spotted a young girl who was weating something store related so I approached her but I was confused because she was crouched down hiding talking on her cell phone . I asked warily um do you work here she then told the person on the phone she had to call them back. I started to ask about kids shoes . her phone rang again and she actually answered it interrupting me and saidIll just text you . I just walked out. Apparently employees here get paid to talk and text on their phones

They are too expensive but have a decent selection.

Saw a customer treated very poorly tonight by the 3 employees. They argued with her over a sale that they had left the sign up on. Which the workers said had expired 5 days earlier and would not honor!! There was never an apology given and the workers were extremely rude and laughed as the customers walked out!!
