Grateful to Josef for helping my son upgrade his gaming computer in time for Christmas. We did a phone consultation with Josef. He walked him through the steps and gave him the confidence to do the upgrade himself. Josef is very passionate about what he does and is a natural educator. Can you tell me how to get in contact with someone at this company? We drove over an hour from Parker to get there only to find out that it is not at the location anymore. The guy that now operates the art studio out of that building stated he gets people there every week looking for this business.Emily, I see you reached someone (named Josef) over a month ago HOW? Maybe I shouldnt even continue my inquiry based on my experience today. BUT..... I also understand that things are difficult for local businesses and the need to support then. The website DEFINITELY needs to be updated to let people know if the business is still operating and if so WHERE?

I was looking for a computer with top of the line performance at a reasonable cost. I also demanded a high level of initial and ongoing support. I contacted Stealth Machines for a bid on a custom CAD laptop. Josef and I went back and forth on the specifications to identify which components I should beef up and which ones I can save some $ on. StealthMachines is great! I found out about them a little while ago and wanted to get a custom gaming computer but wasnt sure what I would have to spend to get the computer I wanted, and wasnt totally sure of the specific parts. Josef did an awesome job of helping me customize a build that didnt everything I wanted, but also was able to make some recommendations to save money. Overall it was a great experience and I love my Stealthmachine! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome gaming PC. Thanks Stealthmachines!

A few years ago I went searching for a great gaming computer and since the Alienware company was sold to Dell and I had so much trouble with the Dell company in my business, I searched high and low arriving at the Stealth website. At the time I knew nothing about the Stealth, but had read some very good reviews and decided to take a chance. I placed my order online, specifying the machine from the list provided. I got a call from someone the next day to verify the order and it was built and shipped. After it had arrived, I unpackaged it and was exactly as ordered, so within a week I received a personalized letter from Josef thanking me for my purchase and also asking how I was liking it so far. I called Jisef and he explained that he was the owner of the company and wanted to make sure all his customers were satisfied. I thanked him and he thanked me for my trust in his company. After 4 years of trouble free service of the computer, which was fast and reliable. Ive decided to order a monster graphics machine and will also replace my gaming one too. My main point in this story is to say that Stealth Computers, led by Josef is an amazing company with amazing service. There are few companies left where the owner continues to serve his customers and Josef cares enough to be the voice and the primary contact for his own company. That is very rare these days. I bought a gaming rig from the owner Josef maybe a year or so ago, and it absolutely kills.Last week I had an accident and it needed some repairs.I brought it in, and it was fixed lickety split! It10/10 both times.

Bought a fairly robust desktop from Stealthmachines in 2010; unit ran flawlessly until I wore it out in early 2017. Had the pleasure to ring up Josef at Stealthmachines to discuss repairs - we agreed that the unit was by now 7 year old technology; clearly outmoded. Based on my usage Josef popped a proposal in the mail for an up-to-date replacement at about half the cost of the previous unit. The more we spoke and I saw what was there, the more I was convinced to just replace the earlier unit. Folks at Stealthmachines are competent, knowledgeable, and more than willing to go out of their way to maintain contact, answer questions, and put exactly what is needed into a product to fit the user. Cant go wrong buying from Josef and Stealthmachines.

If you are a novice looking to find out the reason you have seemed to accumulate a slow boot time on your semi new PC or some other non in-depth problem by all means call this company!If you have anything equivalent or greater than a registry error I highly advise going somewhere else. This is the type of company that frequently uses YouTube as their backbone. Scratch that. YouTube is their Bible. Very limited knowledge on products available to consumers. When confronted with intricate knowledge they become very demeaning and will patronize the customer into submission. Their customer service skills are non existent towards anyone unless you are a novice level computer user. In which case they know they can get away with saying whatever BS that comes out their arse. While mansplaining to me some knowledge about custom cooling systems they actually never asked .... What I wanted completed. They just kept speaking down to me and reiterating that I needed to take apart my Xian Li desk (which it does not do) so they could pick it up and hold it for a week to complete it. When in fact I just wanted a second opinion on routing the tubing for my thermaltake diy system. I also had a couple of other aesthetic problems that I wanted another builders advice on, which as you can guess from the above stated interaction, never came to fruition.TL;DRThey like to be the smartest/toughest guy on the internet. The one who has absolutely no idea what they are talking about to the point where youre not sure if they are just trolling you.What a waste of time and energy.
