I used to come here every morning at 430 am on my way to work. Now they seem to be closed at night. No worries. Your competitors are happy to have my business.

Stopped for gas and a drink. Website says they are open 24 hours and the live thing says they are busier then normal. How can that be when they are closed? Couldnt even get gaa, they had all the pumps shut off as well. I usually alwaya stop at kum amd go because I know theyll always be open.

Kum & Go is a great gas station and has a really good menu of quality food. This store however is not a great store they randomly close the kitchen when the staff doesnt feel like making food. I have tried to order pizzas from them 3 times since moving back to town and the staff says sorry we closed the kitchen already. According to the store the kitchen closes at 7 not 4:45.

Kum and Go is by far my favorite gas station around. I even missed the drink selection and hot food when I was in Utah. Unfortunately, this specific location is one I try to avoid lately. Staff is not properly trained, and I have problems 3 out 4 times with paying. I used a deal on the app for 3- 8.4oz Red Bull and a Breakfast sandwich for $6. My subtotal came to $7.50? The cashier wouldnt fix it and wouldnt even take the time to explain why it wasnt $6. Why do I have the app if it means nothing at this store? Never have this problem at the 34 and Boise location.

It makes me wonder why you would continue to work somewhere that makes you so miserable. The two old ladies that work here are so rude and unhappy. Ill drive out of my way to avoid these two any time I can. Go do something that makes you happy ladies.

One extremely rude employee. Ignored everything we said or asked for. Her name tag was mostly covered and I could only make out : Dea. If it wasnt for the night staff I would never come back she needs to be trained properly and customer service and the sad part is I do believe she is a manager the worst attitude you can imagine.

If I didn’t already have a weird fascination with QuikTrip, this would be my favorite gas station ever. It was cool and I bought a t shirt because the name is funny. FIVE STARS.

Bought a car charger for $25. Walked out to the car and immediately plugged it in to find it didn’t work. As I pulled it out of the port, it crumbled to pieces. Clerk grabbed what appeared to be her manager and they refused to reimburse me. What TERRIBLE customer service and you could tell the manager made the clerk feel extremely awkward and helpless.what a way to treat your customers but even worse your staff.

Good drink selection and quick snacks. Sticky floor on one visit, but otherwise clean. Including the mens room.

I was just at this location. I bought a coffee and a salad. HALF WAY through eating it I noticed MOLDED cheese. I threw it away and called the store to let them know that this happened. The man on the phone. Asked me “well what was the salad dated” it is the 18 and it was dated for the 20. He than told me that all he could do was replace it if I brought it back. NO sorry and I felt like I was annoying him. Not okay! 💁‍♀️

I live just down the road and come here all the time. I had a really bad experience with one of the staff members but the management did everything in their power to make it right. Very friendly staff for the most part and this place is really convenient.

Piss poor staff. Rude as can be.

I was just threatened by an employee and told to leave because I complained about them being out of cups. Again. I have been a loyal customer since opening day. No more. I will not shop there again after being treated in this manner. I did nothing to warrant this treatment. Please think twice before supporting a business who treats thier customers this way.

Another one of my favorite locations because it has cherry Pepsi with extra cherry flavor option like the one near where I worked last summer and getting in and out is much easier than the other location

Dont ask for anything on your pizza extra. They wont add it then you call up there they act like its the customers fault amd laugh and do nothing to correct it. Greasy slop! Buyer beware!

There is a lady working there that sounds like she is from Maine, well she is very very rude. I have been coming to this store for years and have never met someone as rude as her. ThThink its time to find a new place

9/10 times Staff is very friendly. Store is always clean. I dont think Ive ever seen it dirty, and Im a regular!

No one will ever answer the phone. Very poor service. The general manager is very lazy. Do not support this business.

Employee said only 1 coupon per transaction will remember this and go down the street to Murphys by Walmart were not only do you get the store deals but they include as many coupons per transaction as the customer has as long as coupon matches whats purchased.

Man that eployee Quinn is such an asshat haha.
