I would never in life rent from this place or any rent a center, I had exactly one payment left that I forgot about, and they harassed my whole family ! ONE PAYMENT LEFT!!! They acted as if I never payed them ! And left notes on my door trying to “repo”. I go to school and work so I was never really home . But yes, I will NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN . After all that they kept texting me asking if I wanted to rent anything else!!!!!!

This place is pure harassment!! If I could give a zero I would.I was delivered non working washer and dryer that they claimed was brand new.I pay weekly and if I don’t pay in the morning the day it is due they call multiple times a day and harass you. If you’re a single week behind (30$) they send out their truck and show up at your house banging on the door and continually ringing your doorbell. If I wasn’t almost done paying I’d give my stuff back and tell them to F off.

The best place to shop

There policy only works if they could only keep there word on everything. They tell you one thing and do another. And there corporate office dont care so dont waste your time calling this is are third time calling them and they claim to take care of it. Think twice before you go there.

Received the wrong mattress. Model number on our agreement paperwork did not match the model number on the mattress we received. They responded by trying to convince us we verbally agreed to receive the wrong mattress. Completely unprofessional business.
