The actual service of the car was good. But they lied and i cant stand that. I was informed of a purchase to be taken off and then charged for it anyways even after multiple errors on parts. Be sure to ask for clarification on parts before setting up any appointments. Would not recommend for that reason

I have to let everyone know what my experience with Advantage Auto Glass. I work for a Collision Repair Shop in Belvidere, IL... We had them scheduled to come out for a windshield replacement yesterday, and when they arrived, the vehicle repaired wasnt ready for install. They managed to fit us into their schedule for today, and now can keep the vehicle in production and on track for delivery back to the customer. Great attitudes and fun to work with! Cory, in particular. He is the best!
