Ken from Recognition Pros did an absolutely wonderful job making an engraved plate for a steel bench that we had just purchased for a friend who had just lost her son. Very unprofessional! Does not answer calls or emails. My son had Little League pictures taken in May and still have not recieved the pictures. I was told I would be getting a refund by 7/25.....still have not seen a refund. Please do not waist your time with this so called business.

Do not use this company. We had pictures taken for baseball and I was really looking forward to our team picture. They let all families down

I’m not able to tell you the quality of his work, because he cashed my checks and never sent me what was ordered. I’ve been promised a refund for well over a month and I’m still waiting. More disappointing is the fact that I have no professional photos of my kids from the past Little League season because Recognition Pros can’t be trusted to provide the services they’ve been paid for. Find another company to work with.
