Very kind man installed my softener. She also hooked up my refrigerator and put a faucet in for filtered water on my kitchen sink. Everybody that interacted with me treated me with kindness. Very comfortable to have in my home.

Ive been a customer for more than a decade, and every interaction with every employee has been pleasant and professional. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous--and patient. The last time I had softener salt delivered, I forgot all about it, so when the driver rang the doorbell, it took me a few minutes to get dressed and get the dogs in their crates. When I finally got to the door, the poor guy was standing there with a fifty-pound bag of salt on each shoulder. I felt awful, but he wasnt the least bit upset, or at least he didnt show it. Prices are very reasonable, and it sure beats hauling monstrous bags of salt from the store to the car to the basement. Great company!

Filtration saves us from needing to buy bottled water, the water tastes much better than regular tap water. Our house is over 100 years old and the old pipes really affected the taste.

Ive been very satisfied with Rock Valley Culligan. I have extremely hard well water with high iron content. Rock Valley Culligan installed a water treatment system that made our water palatable. I also have been very satisfied with there salt delivery service and their responsiveness to delivery date changes.

Ridiculous with delivery, no communication, complained more than once about water being left right out in the open that they charge you deposits for.. wishing I would have just bought a machine and my own water at this point.Update- reached out like the owner said in response to this and due to a leaking unit among other issues and couldnt even speak to anyone other than the receptionist who assured me someone would call me back.. wish i would have called a different supplier from the start

I became a Rock Valley Culligan customer when back problems made it impossible to carry even the smallest bags of salt. RVCulligan service has consistently been excellent. From time of delivery being on target to the above and beyond pleasant delivery staff. If I know I cant be around the scheduled time to be delivered there is no problem changing the time. To say I couldnt be happier that I now am a RVCulligan client is an understatement.

Will never go with company again. They cut my pipes when removing softener water was leaking. Said not there problem and left. They stated they do not have to fix it. Had to call corporate office to get it handled. Rockford is privately own and can have own rules. Amazing service. Wish you could give negative reviews or zero stars.

I have had other water companies, not satisfied with the flavor of the water or the customer service. Since being with Culligan, I have had no complaints. Customer service is above excellent, location is convenient, and prices are good. I will never go to another water company, unless I have to.

Delivery is scheduled months in advance which allows me to schedule around deliveries. Delivery driver is always courteous and proficient. Tests softness of water with each delivery. Customer service is always available by phone and courteous if I have a scheduling or billing question. Softener works great.

The tester/salesperson was precise and helpful. She was knowledgable on the softeners and presented pros and cons and recommendations but was not overbearing. The installler was very professional. He was quick and thorough and left the work area cleaner than it started.

I have been a Rock Valley Culligan customer for approximately 4 years. I rent both a water softener and R/O system. Both seem to be offered at a fair price, and customer service has always been excellent.

The whole process was quick and easy. My only complaint, hence the 4 star rating, was when our salesmen came to our house to explain the services they provide, he never disposed of his gum before starting to talk. I understand having fresh breath, but very unprofessional to be smacking your gum while trying to sell your services. We knew we wanted culligan for their quality product, so we bought a system from them dispite having to deal with what seems like nails on a chalkboard listening to him. Very impressed with the system itself and have zero issues with anything else.

Culligan is easy to work with and they always let me know when my next delivery is scheduled. Their delivery workers are always friendly. Great company.

Last year I had a debilitating accident which left me unable to walk well enough to use the stairway to the lower level, There is where our water softener is .My Dear wife of 47 years has had major back surgery and is unable to lift over 15 lbs.We were having to call grandkids over just to go and get salt for our softener, We hated to put that on them, but, we couldnt do it any more.Then, the middle age couple from across the street told us they use ROCK VALLEY CULLIGAN They were really pleased with RVC, They have a calendar app for delivery, and they always receive a call be for delivery.We called RVC the very next day. !!!They set up a service for us tailored to the amount that we would use.We are VERY pleased with RVC,NO MORE HEAVY BAGS.NO MORE LIFTING IN AND OUT OF THE CAR.NO MORE STAIRWAY TO FIGHT .We really love there service, So, if your old and tired,,,, or,,,, Young and busy all the time,,,, or, just dont like moving those heavy bags around, just give them a call, Their Great..Now if I can just get them to change my furnace filter while hes down there !!!

Ive been a long time rental customer with Rock Valley Culligan and they have always been very supportive of any of my servicing questions/issues. Recently my softner developed a leak (large) within the valve body that caused it to run water out the drain tube after a reneration cycle for a number of days. We were planning to leave our home on an extended vacation (in 2 days) and I was concerned about the leak with our house sitter using water and causing a regeneration (we are on well/septic.) When I first called for a service appointment there was nothing available to support my schedule, but then I recieved a call back and was told that Randy would move some things around and would be able to service the unit the next day (relief.) The service was very quick/efficent and with little mess. That sums up my over 30+ years of experience with Rock River Culligan; highly recommend.

After the New softner was installed we starting getting a blue residue in the bathroom sinks Gilligan refuse to acknowledge or fix the problem. We had a two year contract and we had to live with the situation for two years. Replace the Gilligan softner and problem was solved. Looking for a lawyer.

Very professional from the first phone call through installation. I called the office on two separate accusations, the questions were answered by an individual that was readily available . On time for each meeting from inspection to installation. Could not ask for anything more.
