Theyve always had every kind of battery weve ever needed. Their staff is friendly and very accommodating. We love this place! Highly recommend.

Went in for a simple battery replacement on my watch. An older man working there took the watch to start the replacement. After about 5 minutes he came from the back of the store where he was working and told me he was having difficulty with the replacement for some reason. I found this a little odd because it had been replaced at the same location before within minutes and no problems. He returned to the back of the store and after maybe 5 more minutes he finally got the battery replaced and the digital display was working again. I paid and went home thinking it was working. Got home and saw that the two lower buttons on the watch no longer worked and were locked into place. They no longer clicked and the watch is essentially useless now. The time cannot be changed. I took the watch back thinking it might be an easy fix and the same older man who broke it was working and tried to fix it. No luck with that. Now I paid for a replacement battery and got a broken watch for it. I would advise against going to this location for a battery replacement if you value your watch.

I am able to buy replacement batteries for APC UPS battery backups. Affordable prices. Better than buying a whole new unit.

The guy that helped me was extremely helpful, knew what he was doing and didnt waste my time or his. I will be back in this weekend for a tractor battery also. I wish I would have caught his name, very nice guy.

Chris and Mitch were very helpful. Purchased 4 new batteries for my semi truck, they helped me carry them outside and carried my old ones in. Gave me few extra bolts and even printed some paperwork i needed printed. I appreciate you guys. Would never go anywhere else. Thank you

Very helpful. This time around they were not able to help with the battery issue I was having. But they were able to give me suggestions on another place to try out that may be able to help and I appreciate that very much. They have recelled some equipment batteries for me in the past with great success and were reasonably priced. I give them 5 stars for past and present service and pricing!

Despite sub-optimal mobile experience ordering online, the service at store was great and friendly as always. Ordered online and called when I arrived. Battery was brought to me and loaded without me leaving the car. Associate was friendly and informative.

The service is great and the prices are second to none. I have bought two replacement key fobs from this place. I checked dealers and other specialty shops for fobs, but I always return here because the prices are the best. I also return for the life time replacement on the batteries. That is a deal I cant beat, since I have 3 cars with fobs.

The guys at Batteries Plus worked on our car for half an hour or so, trying to get the battery hold down screw out but it was stripped. They dont even charge for installation. Good store! Good service. They go beyond!👍

Went in to this location trying to get a new car fob. The guy asked a couple questions and figured out the problem quickly. Staff was very polite, he gave me a coupon, will definitely recommend this place.

I brought in an older clock that needed a weird size battery that I had never seen before. I looked at regular stores and couldnt find it. It looked almost like an a23 which I have never heard of either. He knew right away that it was an N! I didnt cath his name, but he was extremely knowledgeable!

Took my fossil watch to get a new battery and did not pay attention as I was browsing in store and figured it is their occupation and should be no worries. I paid and just put watch back on with out any thought and when my day was done I started taking watch off and scratches on side and on back as the back I am not that concerned about but three gouges in the side. Highly suggest if you have a more expensive watch it would be better to take to a jeweler. Very unhappy.

Called ahead to confirm that they had a replacement battery for my smartphone. When I arrived I was told by one attendant that they did not. After questioning another clerk he acknowledged that they did. They then wanted to know my pass codes and for me to leave the phone with them for an extended period of time. There is no way that I was going to leave my phone and passcodes with them. The explanation was they wanted to verify that the phone worked before and after insertion of the batteries which would take at least 45 minutes. All of this seemed rather odd. They were Unapologetic and clearly did not wish to do business. Perhaps because it wasnt an easy Battery sale. I left the store without giving them my phone. Customer service here is extremely poor insofar as I was treated. This particular place is not interested to accommodate a wider customer base.

They dont know what they are doing

My motorcycle battery started getting weak. They did an overnight charge and it tested Ok but marginal. They looked up my account and saw that my warranty only had 3 days left. They changed it out and gave me a new battery - no charge! -even though my old battery probably would have lasted a couple more weeks.. and the warranty would have expired. They did the right thing for their customer. Who does that anymore? Great experience!!!

I hate leaving less than a five star review on this because I’ve referred a lot of people off of social media to come check this place out plus I used to really like coming here but the last few trips I’ve had in there I have been very disappointed. I literally have a business account there and anytime if I have issues with a battery that is old I never try to charge it I always try to buy new and stay on top of things. I have a battery that’s less than a-year-old I keep having issues with it going dead. I understand warranting things are kind of a pain but in my line of work if makes the customer happy and even if there wrong it at least proves a point so we could move on to the next thing. My fiancé literally has been stranded twice now and I’ve had to jump the battery every time to get the car to come back on. Then charge the battery three times plus also had a mechanic look at the car thoroughly and nothing they said is wrong with it and when I come there and just ask can you please switch out this battery so I can make sure that there’s not a issue with it to move further to see if there is something else wrong with my car why is it such a issue to do that. I literally explained that the battery is going to have a charge because I had to charge the battery last night so she could drive the car to work and I go to her work and pull the battery out to bring it to you guys and you tell me it’s good which I understand it would say that because I’ve already had to charge it so she could take the vehicle to work. So instead of exchanging out batteries and now losing a customer they tell me it’s not the battery you might want to find a new mechanic! That is just ridiculous what are warrantees for and what type of customer service is that in the first place .
