Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from Nick! I would give zero stars if possible. Lazy Nick was sitting in back room, probably doing nothing, and would not take 5 minutes to sell me 4 stainless steel bolts. His excuse, we only do business to business sales, we dont just sell to anyone who walks in NO ONE else was in the STORE! It was empty. Ive been going to Fastenal for years! Never again!! Lazy Nick should be fired!!
