The cashier was the best cashier Ive ever dealt with. I live in Sun Prairie, WI. The average cost of a house is $366k. A yard isnt really in that picture either. I do occasionally shop at the Pick n Save here, which is equivalent to Schuncks. But the prices at Schnucks towered over Pick n Save.

Great customer service, clean store, and they scan and bag your groceries. Always friendly and helpful team members in the store. My only concern is low inventory although still fuller shelves than most other store.

Nice clean store and good selection. Their Cafe is good but their prices are high over all.

Schnucks stores are not on our list of preferred grocery stores. The stores have to many private brands and we prefer name brands. We have not found items that we prefer and would continue to bring us back. We also feel Schnucks prices are not as competitive as stores such as Woodmans, so we prefer to shop where we can buy brand names and still get good, fair pricing.

Store is always clean and fully stocked. Process are high but always good sales weekly. Never have to wait for check out. Always enough cashiers.

No salad bar. Must go in 1 door and out a different door. Makes it difficult for someone with compromised mobility. Staff is not helpful. Limited options on fresh donuts. Rarely has what I go in for. Ive recently stopped going there on a regular basis.

I really like their deli here. Their broccoli salad is delicious. Their fried chicken is crunchy and savory.

Was a nice stop for what we needed. A lot of aromas from herbal use really clouded the aisles at times. Customer service could use some work.

I do not shop at Schnucks on regular basis, but do like the store. The produce is always very nice, and displayed in clean environment. Like the little cheese station and olive bar in store. Salad bar is also a nice feature. They are a little higher in pricing with what I have crossed referenced, but nice store to stop in for some extra treats.

Was a good one. Had to ask for help finding something and was able to get someone to help me right away.

Its not really crowded like other grocery stores but I use the self check out and I dont see anyone cleaning the checkouts after someone uses them. Which should be done, because theyve had 3 to 4 known cases of COVID19 and I do like going there but now Im sick and waiting for my results for the COVID19. Im not 100% for sure I caught it there but thats the only place Ive been to within the last few weeks. I liked going there because they have good sales, its not crowded, they always have what I need or want. In my opinion it would definitely be better if they would disinfect more thoroughly. That is really the only bad issue Id have to say at this time.

I wouldn’t usually review a grocery store but I love their wing bar! It’s always rotating and consistently good. You do have to get there at the right times though... They also have an excellent produce section.

Standing in line behind 6 people and 8 people in line behind me. One register open and no self checkouts open. Unbelievable. Can’t even find a manager to complain to. Avoid this place! Certainly not the same place of years gone by.

I’m a regular to shop here or grab a slice of pizza, but I went in today 7-1-2020 to get a slice of pizza. I’ve been avoiding the pizzeria because of covid-19 and also the male pizza guy has the biggest rude chip on his shoulder. But while waiting for someone to assist me, I could here someone coughing repetitively, I stood to the side to see if it was a few workers there and it was only the normally rude male worker there coughing away, wiping his nose, and forming pizza dough WITHOUT any gloves on!!! I immediately left the area and told the U-scan woman worker about what I witnessed. Safe to say, I grabbed a frozen pizza and left fully disgusted and disappointed again with this same rude worker who shows disregard to any and everyone.

Called last week for a pizza and was denied because it was 6:00 and they closed at 6:30... So whatever but called twice today at 5:30 “the following week” and it just rings and rings. No one answers at the pizzeria or the courtesy desk. I’m aware of the current situation, but this is certainly a lack of customer service regardless. In all honesty the pizza has gotten worse over the last several years but it’s still decent though a little overpriced for the quality now. Now apparently hard to get a pizza from as well. Booooo Schnucks...
