They have a lot of displayed lights but would like to see more modern displays. This being said we have bought there before and definitely shop there again because they have a lot of lights the box stores do not

I purchased two ceiling hung lighting fixtures from Visions for our kitchen, and had them installed by Visions as well. Shelley was very helpful in first listening and then guiding my husband and I towards our final selections. The installation that followed was done professionally and was reasonably priced. Then, months later, I lost a screw while cleaning the glass globes. Shelley located the exact same screw for me and I had it in hand the next day. I highly recommend Visions as a quality lighting shop with fair pricing and a real emphasis on providing excellent customer service.

Shelly is helpful and no pressure. She sells the lights and fans you won’t find at Big box stores. My sconces are up and add the perfect layer of light for my home theatre.

We went in a couple of weeks ago and met with Karen. She was so patient with us and helped us pick out all the lighting for our entire house. The prices were comparable to the big box stores but the customer service was welcoming here. She was confident in the products she was selling and we couldnt be happier with our purchases. She even opened up all the boxes for us to make sure nothing was broke before sending the lights home. The selection is wonderful here and we believe in buying local and keeping local businesses in business. There was a huge selection of clearance lights as well as discontinued lights that were a bargain but if you wanted the big, expensive lights - you have them too. Thanks Karen for all your help!

The website is not mobile friendly and very difficult to navigate. Customer service was great in the store, just didnt have what I was looking for. I was hoping to be able to order something but so frustrating dealing with the website.

Walked into Visions & they wanted $150 to work with us because our contractor has burned them but we as home owners are the ones paying. Visions did not even want us in the store. Poor excuse for a business.
