We recently had a new pool installed. Compared to the other contractors on this project, I was impressed with the organization and attention to detail RPS had. They completed the project much faster than expected, and have been great answering questions after everything was completed. They also have competitive prices on the chemicals, and pool accessories. Highly recommend!

Very helpful, went above and beyond to help me when my cartridge filter went out and I needed a new one, he got one together when no one else in town had one.

I’ve tried to give them multiple chances and I just give up😭 this is our first time having a pool and we don’t know much about them at all so we hired them to do weekly cleanings/maintenance. First we found out that our chlorinator was broken, it took them awhile to come after me having to call multiple times but they eventually came and changed it. Then I noticed after the first time they came they didn’t vacuum it at all and then the week after they never showed up and I called yesterday to say something once again being so nice and never got a call back about why he didn’t vacuum the first time and didn’t even show up last week! This is how our pool currently looks. If I’m paying for this service how is this acceptable? We would love to use our pool but we are on the back of their list. They literally don’t seem to care.

The service here was terrible. I’m a first time pool owner, I got treated and looked at like I was dumb for asking questions.Their staff, including the lady manager, needs some training on customer service. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Very helpful with explaining pool needs and how to administer the right amount of chemicals. Seems happy to help a new pool owner get started and offer a wide variety of pool toys and accessories.Follow up after getting what I thought was everything going my pump went out. Tish was extremely helpful in going over all my options and my understanding of what everything was. We got a service technician out to the house in a timely manner and he attempted to repair the pump. Unfortunately the pump was broken but between the two employees of Rockford pools and spa I knew exactly what I needed. New pump is in pool is open and I’m ready to cool off this summer. I can’t thank you all enough and would recommend to anyone wanting a more personal approach to pool ownership.

We have been wanting to send a review for several years and just never get around to it but we decided it was time to send in a review. We love this place. We have an in ground pool and we went to a competitor for a decade and someone mentioned Rockford Pool and Spa. We reached out to them and they have been fantastic. Trish actually answers the phone! She is fantastic and she always gets on whatever we need. Also Brian and Scott are fantastic about getting the Pool opened and closed. We have had to replace the liner and it was done on the day that they promised they would do it. They actually showed up exactly at the time they told me would. That is so hard to find these days. These people are good at their word. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

They installed a new liner for our inground pool, it is perfect! fast and professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, left us with many tips on how to get the most out of our new liner. I will definitely use Rockford Poll and Spa again.

Was told by service technician filter still under 10yr warranty can be replaced for $92 service charge and $80 sand refill. Schedule it for Wed June 10 2020. I text service technician to see how it went later in the day to see how it went with no response. Head over to the house the next day only to see nothing had been done so I text service technician again with no response. Head to the store later that day to return a product that we were given mistakenly (phdown when our ph levels were already low) and ask girl behind the counter what happened to our previous appointment for service only to be told the service technician was waiting on a part and would come out Saturday, today June 13 2020. 8:30am phone call from technician saying filter is not under warranty and was going to cost about $400 more and would I like him to still come out. Poor communication. poor professionalism, poor business practices.

Came to my rescue when SUNCO POOLS took my money and cheated me out of the labor getting done. Was at wits end . Even thought about filling it in. Well one call and I was on my way to getting help and the right product to open myself. If you need help or assistants, just give them a call.

Just had my in ground pool liner replaced. Looks awesome! John and the guys did a terrific job. Only thing they couldn’t provide was the warm weather yet so I can enjoy it. Rockford Pool & Spa is my “go to” for all things pool related. Thx guys.

I have brought my spa unit to Rockford Pool and Spa for more than a quarter century. They are always friendly and accommodating.

Worst experience ever!!!! Sold us a pool delivered it and its been sitting in the boxes for over 5 weeks getting rained on. Installers never came still waiting never heard anything from anyone. Call and leave messages no return calls. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You will regret it!! They seems nice when they are selling you the pool but once they take your money your out of luck.
