What a godsend! Helping a senior update his bathroom and I needed help!!! We met with Jeff Gulik today and I cannot emphasize enough how thoroughly he knows the products Ferguson offers! A beautiful showroom with items you won’t find at the boxes!We had an appt solely for lighting and with Jeff’s knowledge, we left with a complete package for all that we hadn’t finalized.Thank you Jeff for the extended time you spent with us. My husband and I visited the showroom yesterday Friday 11/30. It is the first time we heard about Ferguson which was mentioned by a gentleman from Andco. We were looking for a special type of kitchen sink, faucet and saw some light fittings we like while we were looking around. I even told my husband if we can upgrade our jacuzzi. We work in retail, so we were surprised that NOBODY acknowledged our presence in the Showroom. There was a staff lady attending to a male & female customer in her area, and then the male customer left while we were in the store. Another male staff roaming around with 2 male customers, and he eventually sat in his area near the entrance door with the customers and another voice we can hear inside 1 of the rooms. We have patiently waited, we were expecting at least someone will greet us and ask us what we need and that they are with customers right now and that we can only be helped when theyre done. Never heard anything from anyone since we set foot at the showroom. It was like the staff is soooo oblivious of us, like we are non-existent. If Ferguson attends to contract/builders only, please tell us so we dont have to waste nobodys time and our time, we will understand. Please acknowledge customers coming in your showroom. We were there roaming around for half an hour and we decided to finally leave. This is a prime example of RUDE STAFF !!! The male staff who sits near the door and the lady staff did not even look at us while we were there and when we were leaving. Well, you are not the only store in town !!!
