Great people in and out quickly

I went to get a job here because i saw a post on craigslist needing help. I was a union carpenter local 792 for 20 years. I have done everything from building houses, churches, malls, hospitals, schools, walmarts, and bridges. I saw your add and you are like 2 blocks from my house so i thought it would be a nice not to have to travel for work anymore. So i came in to get a job. You asked for experienced people with nailguns and hard workers and then offered to pay me minimum wage for all my skills. I took the job even though it was terrible pay. I was told i would be using a nailgun and building pallets and because i can read blueprints i could do setups and would be made a manager. On my first day i probably built and fixed about 100 pallets with a nailgun by my first break. And the work area to build the pallets was very dangerous to the workers. Boards in piles all over the back of shop with nails sticking up everywhere. I had to walk over a huge pile just to hook up my air hose and nail gun. I am also OSHA certified besause i am a union carpenter. We are taught saftey and also get medical certifications so we can save lives on the jobs if we are needed. After i got back i was given 16 full pallets of boards (about 5000 boards on each pallet) and was told to blow the sawdust from them and restack them on a new pallet. Also i was given no mask to keep the dust from getting in my lungs. Another huge saftey problem. I worked as hard as i could and got them all done by lunch break. Which is 10 times more work than any man should have to do in a day. I worked so hard there was snow outside and the huge doors were open and i was working in a tee shirt sweating in 35°f. And i have been in construction my entire life and in very good shape. Other people would have trouble doing 5 pallets in one day i guarintee it. Then after lunch i was given two huge pallets full of wood and a knife and was told to chop the bark off the sides of 5000 boards so they could be fed into the machine which i did. You will be lucky if people dont get hurt being pushed so hard and sue you. After two days of this torture i finally left a job that i was happy to have and was very much qualified for. The main guy in charge of company that hired me was never at the shop till the end of day and when he was he didnt even talk to me or ask how things were going. The next guy in charge that runs the forklifts and bosses everyone around was very unproffesional and very rude. He gave me so much work on purpose because he felt threatened by my presence in the company. I am not suprised at all that you guys constantly have ads for need of help at your company. The second man in charge is the worst person i have ever worked for in my entire life. He has no business running a company and is the worst thing you could ever do for your companys success. As far as the other review here about the receptionist i thought she was a very nice lady and very profesional. If you would like to contact me i would love to talk to the owner on the phone.
