These people are amazing. My car broke down while I was moving cross country and its been a nightmare but through it all they have allowed me to leave my car with them while getting the issues resolved with my bank. By far the kindest people in NM!

Terrible customer service! I called to inquire about getting a crossmember support kit installed on an F350. First, after asking how the receptionist was, she responded with fine like she couldnt even be bothered to talk with me. After explaining what I needed done to the vehicle, she told me, No, we cant do F350s because the lift is too small. So I said to her, Oh, well I dont believe a lift needs to be used. The directions just say the bumper needs to be taken off. She screamed back to me, NO! We do NOT work on F350s!!! She left me feeling awful. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

My boyfriend and I brought his car here to have it diagnosed and I can’t believe that these kind of people do exist. They’re the most rudest unprofessional people that I’ve ever encountered.

Hands down best mechanic in town

Recently moved to Lovington. The brakes on my 2002 Ford Ranger failed. The pedal was soft, brake light came on and the truck would barely stop with the pedal all the way down. I checked the Google Reviews and found Valentines highly recommended. I dropped the truck off in the morning and they promised to look at it in the afternoon. I got my truck back the same afternoon with the problem solved at a very reasonable price. Everything people said in other reviews was 100% accurate. Give this business your money! They had a line of projects ahead of me and fit me into their week with one of the oddest problems theyve ever seen. They took excellent care of me and got me back on the road home. These are wonderful people!!
