They were timely, professional, honest, and even completed the rebate paperwork and submitted it electronically on my behalf. What more could you ask for? They were clean and covered my floors to protect them while installing the equipment. If you want excellent service that is priced well, look no further! I had a new heating and cooling system installed and it works wonderfully. Druziako installed a single stage Carrier furnace (95%) and a 16 SEER cooling unit made by Carrier too. Great equipment! Very professional Company, right from the first phone call.The 2 persons arrived ON Time, were friendly and professional (Edgar and Nick). Have owned my home for 18 yrs, and this was the FIRST time I had the ducts/vents cleaned, Yikes, did they remove and clean out a ton of ‘stuff’! We have enjoyed the services of Druziako HVAC Inc. for many years now, including installation and maintenance of our central air conditioning, a new furnace last December, and most recently a thorough cleaning of our vents, including our dryer vent. We have always been treated well and with friendly, professional service.

I was having trouble with my HVAC system and was in a slight panic due to the temperatures. I called every company I could find and was given weeks for someone to come out. Upon getting in touch with Druziako, the customer service rep discussed my issue with me and instead of giving me the standard answer I had been receiving, she offered to have one of her technicians call me to see if this issue could be resolved over the phone. Within minutes, a technician called me, walked me through a few steps and we determined it was a blown circuit breaker. It cost me $4.77 and less than 30 minutes to solve the issue. I am so thankful and appreciative of the service offered by all of Druziakos staff. They couldve made me wait like everyone else, but they didnt. They couldve taken advantage of me as I was clearly in need, but they didnt. They recognized that it may be a quick fix and they provided assistance in a manner no else would. I have a two-story single family house. Last year, Druziako HVAC replaced my first floor AC with a Carrier heat pump. I quoted 5 companies, and Druziako was honest and gave me best pricing. The heat pump worked great in summer and winter. This year I hired them again to replace my 2nd floor AC. The whole team are friendly, helpful, and very patient. Druziako installed my central air system 7 years ago and it has worked perfectly until bugs (box elders) shorted out the electrical in the condenser yesterday. Its already been repaired first thing this morning; and I got good advice for how to keep the bugs out, and the system in top performance. Very polite and helpful serviceman. I would recommend these folks to anybody, and they have my business.

I highly recommend Druziako HVAC Inc. They replaced my furnace, a/c and ductwork in my home back in 2000. I have not had 1 single issue with the unit since. I also had them back several years later to add some ductwork to a small addition. They just replaced my water heater and did a duct cleaning. All great experiences!The owner Nick was very professional and explained everything that would take place prior to the install. The Crew was exceptional with the lead guy Larry who was very knowledgeable and took great pride in his work and crew. They showed up when they said they would and made sure everything was cleaned up.The office ladies were always so very helpful. They help me with my rebates and warranty registrations. They made sure I had copies of all my paperwork.They definitely were readily available anytime I called.My overall experience was above and beyond what I had imagined. A++++ for this company

On Wednesday (12/05/18) Druziako HVAC sent out a tech to my house to diagnose my heating system. The tech arrived at 10am and proceeded to do his thing. Right away he suggested that I replace the whole system and started to tell me about pricing for the new system. I declined and asked him to just fix whats broken. After about 30-minutes he concluded that the Fan Sensor needed to be replaced. He said that the part will run me a couple hundred and thats if the manufacturer still makes the part. He again suggested that I replace the whole system since the replacement part will cost a lot. I again declined and asked him to just fix whats broken. He told me that the office will order the new part and contact me the next day for install. He then proceeded to take 10-mins to write up the invoice. The whole visit (from walking into the front door, diagnose, and walking out of the building) took 45-mins but I was charged for a whole hour. Thats a little annoying, but fine, I assumed they charged a minimum of 1-hour.Fast forward 2-days later and I have still not heard back. I call them on Friday (12/07/18) to check on the status and the lady that picked up told me that she will look it up and call me back right away. I didnt hear back.On Monday (12/10/18) I called again and the same lady told me that she will look it up and call me back (again). This time, she called me back 2 hours later just to tell me that she was unable to reach the tech and that they will contact me ASAP. A few hours later the tech called me to tell me that the manufacturer no longer produced the part and that he was unable to get it. He then asked me to take a picture of the entire heating system and a picture of the Fan Control Sensor part again because he needed the part number for it. He said that he will try to order it again, but cant guarantee anything. He then offered (AGAIN) to replace the entire system and said that hell take the cost of the Fan Control Sensor out of the cost for the new system while giving me prices for the new system.Obviously I declined. This was when I started to suspect that they were just trying to get me to purchase a new system from them while using the that part is too old and they dont manufacture it anymore excuse. I took off the Fan Control Sensor and I went to an HVAC store in Methuen (15mins away). I showed one of the workers there the part and he came back with a brand new one! It only cost me $100!TL;DRDruziako HVAC Inc will try to do anything to up sell you. They took 5-days just to tell me that the part I needed no longer exist and that I should pay them to install a brand new system. I had to live 1-week in freezing weather without heat. After declining their push for me to upgrade my heating system, I went to the store and purchased the new part myself. It took me about 30mins and $100 to get the new part.This company is borderline a scam; avoid like the plague!

Druziako HVAC installed a furnace in my home recently . I was able to get a rebate from Massave with their help that I wasn’t aware of before hand .Fabulous service from start to finish . I highly recommend calling them for great work, pricing and customer service .
