I went to Van to check on my BMW 328i rear body panel. He’s very nice polite and honest person. He check the body panel, saw the problem and explained the issue to me. Since it was actually a minor issue, he fixed it for no charge! I wanted to go back there just to give him business.

Van is a very reasonable guy, gave a printout of estimates on original vs aftermarket prices for parts, explained what he would do and what you could do on your own without all the bs. Sounded really reliable

I was referred to Vans by my mechanic (Lowell Auto Service). My mothers two year old Civic needed paint and light body work on both bumpers and both passenger side doors and quarter panels. Van could not have been more respectful, friendly, and accommodating to me and, especially, my mother. His estimate was extremely reasonable, and the work was OUTSTANDING. The metallic paint was matched perfectly, and the pin striping too. My mother was extremely pleased, and so was I. The ultimate gesture, though, was Van taking a look at my 17 year old Passat and advising me on the best strategy to take care of some rust developing on the front edge of the hood. When he coincidentally noticed the hood lift piston was broken, he retrieved a perfectly serviceable replacement from the back of his shop he happened to have lying around, and installed it for free. I consider myself, needless to say, a customer for life. Thank you, Van!!!

Van has helped me on several occasions, always cheerful and helpful when it came to finding parts for my car or touching it up if need be. Never have I doubted him and his team. Ive been in many situations where I thought my significant others car or mine were beyond repair and he would somehow bring it back from the dead. I love that it is a mom & pop shop and if you bring your car to their place they will do everything they can to help you. Ive always been more than satisfied every time Ive had any work done any my vehicle(s). Thanks Van!
