My first bagel was good. All the others times Ive been, theyve messed up my order. Some servers take tickets without checking them messing up order.

Worst bagel shop ever. None of their items taste good. Long wait times, and do not go after noon because the bagels aren’t even fresh. Always ask for extra cream cheese on bagels and shots of espresso on coffee but seem to never get it. They do not care about customer service. Such a rip off for students especially!

Its good, they have a couple different types of hot coffee. They are usually pretty efficient and can get through a line pretty quick as well. I still wouldnt go there when classes just get out though.

These ladies deal with some of the highest customer volumes I’ve ever seen. Every hour there is a line down the hall, and they consistently rock it. I was in a line of 50+ people and I still got my bagel in 15 mins (even though the bagels were on the way out of the oven). Management and employees are incredible.

The bagels here are so good. Sometimes later in the day they run out of certain types of bagels so make sure you get there earlier if you have a preference. The smoothes are very good too.

Great food, service can be slow due to small size of the cafe

The food is adequate, when it comes out correctly. ive had back to back days where my order has been wrong. how does one forget to put an egg, in an EGG sandwich. theres maybe one employee who actually cares about the quality of the food being put out. if my order is going to take 15 minutes to come out, it better come out correctly.

Super busy sometimes takes far too long to get food good food but not when your rushing between classes.

Amazing staff(greatest crew), good prices, and great coffee. Stop using those hockey puck, dunkin donuts wanna-be garbage eggs and youll get your 5 stars. Change your eggs back to the real stuff guys. If I wanted a thin and flat disk of egg Id walk to dunkin down the road. Youre better than this, clean it up and Ill but food from you again...

I want to start off by saying that the asiago bagel from Einsteins is one of the greatest bagels Ive ever had. Its all down hill from there. Nearly every time I go to get a delicious asiago bagel they are out. I dont understand why its so hard for them to make more. They literally run out every day and you would think they would see the trend and start making or ordering more each morning. On top of that the employees are often rude and are usually more invested in their conversation with each other than doing their job. So quite often Im stuck waiting 15+ minutes in line (while one person makes the sandwiches and the others talk about their drug addicted lovers) just to be told that theres no more asiago bagels and Im forced to make a split second decision on whether or not I want a gross bagel or to take my business to Dunkins.

About a year ago I wrote a review regarding the rudeness of staff but have since had the complete opposite experience with different (I think new) staff members. Havent seen the rude ones in a long time so I dont think they work there anymore. The current staff couldnt be nicer, even when theyre getting slammed with customers. Highly recommend, especially if youre on North Campus. They have almond milk for those who cant or dont want to consume dairy.

Best for the inbetween class time on north campus where you cant go back to fox.

Have you ever microwaved chicken until it becomes extremely rubbery and chewy? That what chicken sandwiches from here will taste like.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this place. The employees made me pay first, took their sweet time making my order, and then messed up. This is my third poor experience with Einstein Bros. Ive decided to never go again.

Service Here Sucks!Waited about 15 mins in line to refill my mug. Then when I suggest to open a second express register the employees lash out at me, calling me privileged and not special. They tell me to take my problems up with the manager.How unreasonable is it to want to get coffee quickly that is already made and waiting for refills!Not to mention they were all out of regular blend and the hazelnut tasted like ASS!Terrible service and coffee.TL;DR DONT GO HERE

Their bagels are always warm and delicious, and the spreads are to die for.

Slightly overpriced and slower than preferable service if youre in a rush for class but relatively decent section of snacks and drinks.

Okay food but they run of of lox all the time.
