I would give this company no stars if it would let me. I dropped off a fantasy football belt to be engraved, he said it would take about 2 weeks to engrave 1 name i understood he was busy. I gave him an extra few days from the time he said it would be ready and to my surprise he told me he took the plates off the belt but had not worked on it yet. He stated it would be done Friday so I called Friday and again same story. He asked when I needed the belt back and in my head I wanted to say when you told me it would originally be done but I said the draft will be Monday. So he told me he would work on it Sunday and would hand deliver to me. I called him 4 times on Sunday left several Messages and he has never called back. Do not waste your time with this business extremely unprofessional and now I just want my belt back done or not.
