I came in to buy a mattress with the salesperson, John. He was very welcoming and informative. He got me in and out super quick. Can’t wait to receive my new bed!

Today my girlfriend and I both woke up after a rough nights sleep with sore backs and decided we had enough! We went down to Mattress Firm in Lowell and had the pleasure of meeting with John who quickly showed us how much knowledge it takes to know about and sell mattresss. John was able to find us a mattress that will not only be better on our backs, but better on our wallets at the same time. 10/10 would recommend!

The salesman, John H., was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made us feel comfortable. He provided a full explanation of all the promotions, services, and warranties. There was also a good selection of mattresses in the store. The mattress was delivered in 3 days (but with an option of 2 day delivery)! The delivery men were polite and really respectful of our home- they wore masks and shoe covers. Set up and installation was quick. The delivery came within the scheduled time range. Thank you for an exceptional experience all the way from the store to my home!

10/10 customer service with John Higgins. This was my second visit at this location with John. Originally, I purchased a mattress online without trying it which was my first mistake. After a few months of struggling, I came in to see John. He sold me a 10 Doze Memory Foam which felt great in store. After a few months with this mattress, I realized that this was also not a good match. I didnt use a mattress protector and I would sink into the mattress so it was very uncomfortable. I decided to come in again and asked for John. I explained that the current mattress I have is not comfortable and at first I thought he wouldnt be able to help me. To my surprise, John was very empathic and did his best to help me and ensure that my experience with Mattress Firm was a pleasant one. He showed me a new mattress which I tried and was very satisfied with. He was able to pull some strings and did a second exchange which is not typical. He also explained the importance of using a mattress protector which I purchased also. John got me the very best sales and discounts for all my mattress needs. My new bed is coming in 5 days and I am very excited. I will continue to refer everyone I know to this location. Ask for John, hes the best!

I went into Mattress Firm for the first time ever. Just as expected a store full of mattress and no other customer in sight, perfect during a time like this. I was met by sleep expert, John Higgins. John was wonderful, I immediately felt comfortable. He right away introduced me to the step by step system they use to determine the right bed for you. He asked plenty of questions and was graciously patient with me. I tried many of beds and he didn’t seem impatient and overbearing like a typical sales man. It seemed John did in fact care about my needs as a consumer. It was evident John was well informed regarding his knowledge with mattress comfort, sleep styles, posture alignment, prices, deals & promotions, mattress & brand ratings. I felt very confident in his advice and opinions. Lastly, if I needed several new beds; I hope to find myself meeting John again!!!

Loved! Bought on a Saturday morning and it was delivered and set up on my house on Sunday morning. The store representatives were polite and really worked with what I needed. There was a 24 hour turnaround from me buying the mattress to delivery. The delivery team removed my mattress ( new mattress that I bought but hated) and put it in plastic for me and put it on the wall ( will be picked up by the company to return it next week). Customer service is key. 3 years ago I was in a super bad way and sleep was near non existent. Barely making ends meet every week let alone monthly. This companies partner with progressive leasing., Saved my life ( 2 kids, a hubby, pets, management job and zero sleep due to a coil poking me every night. A credit score of just over 400. They helped me get a good nights sleep. And because of that experience I came back to this company to the same store in Lowell and and the employees are not the same ones but the service was great. When I went there to purchase a fairly expensive mattress I asked about an adjustable base.The gentleman told me they cost $700 or more. I purchased a box spring and frame for my mattress. I found out 2 days later there was a deal about a free adjustable base if you spend $699 or more. I called them on this and I felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere because of all the excuses I was being handed. I told them I was going to cancel my order which I could at the time. He surely changed his tune and I got that adjustable base. I will not mention names but not good business to lie! I will not purchase there again because of this. Strike one your out!

We set out to buy a mattress for our new apartment and working with Dave was the most enjoyable experience. He was knowledgeable, offered us useful suggestions based on our preferences, and took the time to learn what worked for us. He also walked us through the different types of mattress constructions available, how they differ in feel, reliability, different heights and body make-up, for specific climates, and how they hold up with extended use.We walked in to get a feel for the whole mattress buying experience and see if we found something that might work. But we ended up walking out with a brand new mattress slated to be delivered that weekend! And I might add, one that we absolutely love sleeping on. The manager of the Lowell MA Mattress Firm, Alyson Lumenella was very helpful. We really did not know much about mattresses so she showed us a variety of brands and firmness. She was very informative. She also heaved the mattress onto the roof of our van and tied it securely so we could bring it right home. She made buying a mattress easy.

The salesman John wasnt very reliable no. First I was told it was going to be there in five days then a week and 5 days. Then I got a call saying the mattress will be in Thursday. I like nature I heard it right and say its definitely going to be in Thursday yes definitely got to be in Thursday. Friday I go down to pick up my merchandise and he looks at me like Im nuts. Claims I got a call saying not to come and my answer was why would I come down here if I knew my address was going to be here for yet another week. Just dont expect anything to come quickly but they did deliver it to my house for free that was the only bonus of it

My wife and I went here in August to get a new bed we ordered a queen size bed and got a full after only 2 weeks of having it we could start to feel the springs in the mattress which made sleeping very uncomfortable the springs dug into our ribs and sides. We went back to get a refund and the man David said that we wouldnt get all of our money back because we would have to pay a moving fee for them to come get the bed and then we would also have to pay for a new bed I am very dissatisfied with this company and will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!
