Friendly staff who are happy to help, and they have high quality flowers that last longer than flowers Ive gotten elsewhere, at great prices! The flowers pictured were picked up yesterday- paid $25 (plus tax) and was blown away by how beautiful they are!The bouquets are gorgeous and artfully crafted. They always seem to make it a point to include some buds that arent open yet, which I think shows thoughtfulness. This means the bouquet will bloom and get even more beautiful after you pick it up and give it to the recipient. Definitely my go-to florist. Thank you Wood Bros!

My arrangement has not even delivered yet, and I am so pleased with the service. I sent an Easter arrangement to a dear friend, with a pretty crystal Cross. I wasnt crazy about the floral arrangement in the online picture, but I knew she would love the Cross, so I ordered it anyway. It was only a matter of minutes before I got a phone call that they had recd my order, but they would be using slightly different flowers for the arrangement and it would be much prettier than the picture. I was so pleased. The flowers she suggested were exactly what I had hoped for, along with the colors. The staff at Wood Bros. Florist certainly outperformed their competition when I ordered birthday flowers for my wife. The tele-florist order did not get to Wood bros and when I called them to see what had happened, they (Michelle and John) jumped through the proverbial flaming hoops to get an emergency order delivered ! This review is for international clients looking for a service provider to deliver flowers in this region. I would not recommend ordering from this place since their website does not accept billing addresses which are outside the US, your order will not be processed. They will ask you to call them and on call they will insist that you reveal sensitive credit card details and even upon doing so they will still refuse to process the order. The representative who receives calls for them is unreasonable. My review for International customers is that they should not order from this place. I ended up ordering from a place called Flowers by Albert who processed my order seamlessly.

I ordered 3 different arrangements from Wood Bros Florist to send out for Christmas this year. The recipients were all extremely happy and said their flowers (or plant) made their day! I was told by each one how beautiful they were. I’ve been beyond satisfied with the beautiful arrangements Wood Bros puts together as well as with their customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my fiancee. For wednsday. They delivered them fast but did forget the flower that i picked this arrangement for. When i called them to let them know, the lady i talked to was so nice and apologized. She then made a beautiful arrangement of the hydrangeas and had them delivered. We went here to get some arrangements for a memorial service. The staff was extremely helpful, and listened to us when we explained what we wanted. The finished products were absolutely beautiful, and exceeded our expectations. Each basket was beautiful in its own right, but when placed together, they complimented each other perfectly. They did a wonderful job, and I would highly recommend using them.

My mom just got the most horrid bereavement bouquet. It came today and well be lucky if it lives till tomorrow! Its dead! All the. Flowers are brown on the edges, the roses (i think they are supposed to be roses!) are fully bloomed and will be hanging by tomorrow. No water in it. No color. Just horrid.
