If you havent tried their cupcakes, what are you waiting for? It is one of the best bakeries Ive ever been to, with good customer service, delicious cupcakes, and treats. I had the pleasure to work with Kiara, she helped me a lot with my questions and my crazy wishes. They can deliver your orders and make your life easier, especially with the most stressful events like weddings, they got you!Apart from the fact that it was all delicious, it was BEAUTIFUL and classic. Still today, friends and families will comment about how tasty the cupcakes were. (I’ve shared their business location with all of them.)I recommend it blindly. I would like to give you more than 5 stars if I had the option.

Just started going here about a week ago and haven’t don’t have a single negative thing to say about it. Staff is super friendly, the cupcakes are amazing and always fresh, and the milk tea is fantastic! I haven’t tried any of the breakfast yet but if it is like everything else I’m sure it’s fantastic! Great place to go and get a bubble tea and hangout for a bit! Definitely my go to place in the area for bubble tea.

The coffee blows, but the macaroons are delish. We tried one of each of their 4 flavors.Thanks guys. We also ate the French Toast Fantasy. Pretty good.

I went in today and got me two red velvet and two strawberry cheesecake cupcakes, and they were AMAZING. I would definitely recommend.I’ve gone to this bakery multiple times, sometimes 3 times in a week since I’m so close by. You will not be disappointed!!!

Out of this world cupcakes!! I highly recommend the Reeses & the strawberry cheesecake. They were all very fresh & delicious, but those two are the stand outs.

I love this little bakery! They have a varied menu and make everything with love and care. I usually order a Mangonada, I have never seen these anywhere else in Lowell, which is a must have drink if you like mangoes.

This cute storefront has a cuocake display case that will have you drooling. The Tres Leche cupcake is award-winning and the Strawberry Cheesecake is out of this world..I am trying Reeses Peanut Butter today. The cupcakes are the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I highly recommend.

Great little spot!We were exploring downtown and went in on a whim. We were not disappointed! I got a thai tea made with almond milk and just a little sweetener which was delicious. My friend loved the tres leches cupcake. We settled down in the chairs by the window to play a few board games for the evening. Definitely a nice place to spend a little time!

My experiences at Little Delights have been overwhelmingly positive. The is service timely and responsive.The delicious treats at Little Delights are adorable aesthetically and tremendous to taste. Prior to COVID, the cafe was a great downtown spot to hang/study with quick access to coffee, espresso, bubble tea, and enjoyable snacks. Its a spot to stop for!

If youre looking for thai tea or macarons, this is the place to go! On top of that, they have great lattes, cupcakes, and everything else really. Every time I need an assortment of treats for a party, the owner Zack is really helpful. I highly recommend Little Delights!

I ordered 12 cup cakes from this place for my engagement party. I went to meet with Zack back in November spoke to him plus Email what I wanted and how I want the design to come out too.I picked up the cup cake today, the design of my cupcake have nothing like what I asked for. I asked for very light pink mix with ivory for rosette design. The color came out very dark yellow with dark pink. When I said dark color of yellow it look like poop color and the design is not even a rosette it was a twist.I said this is look nothing like I asked for. He said no that is the color you asked for and the design you asked for. I said look at the email and you wrote thing down as well check again. Like seriously I can get better looking cup cake with cheaper price from stop and shop or Hanna ford.Not for nothing the derives there hardly smile. Look piss at me when I told them to fix it. I am not going to pay over price cup cake that look like this.No sorry No nothing

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW! I Placed an order for only THREE shakes/teas on Postmates... the delivery ETA was supposed to be 5:28pm, I see on the app on my phone that a Postmates driver is at the bakery trying to pickup my order when a message underneath reads “delayed at merchant”. For 20 minutes it says that & the driver does not move, so I contact the bakery directly and got ahold of a male employee (I did not get his name). However once I explained my situation to him, he first did not know what I was talking about and then said that no driver attempted to pick it up. But AS SOON as I get off the phone with this man, I get a text from Postmates saying that my order has been cancelled... I know a lot of you reading this will say it Postmates fault, but it’s to convenient & coincidental that my order gets cancelled as soon I contact the merchant. I will not be ordering from this place again. This place has left a very bad taste in my mouth!

Best Thai tea around, not even close. Bolbas cooked to perfection, absolutely delicious breakfast sandwich fresh as can be and a display of sweets you cant wrap your head around.

The tiramisu cupcake from Little Delights Bakery is the single best thing I have eaten in my entire life. The frosting is sweet, fluffy, and everything I have ever wanted frosting to be. The cake part is dense, but soaked in just the right amount of espresso. After consuming said cupcake, I immediately sent the bakery info to my husband, so he knows exactly where to get the cupcakes for all of our future occasions.

Really nice and calm place. Its a small shop that isnt that busy. There are some tables and board games there, which I havent seen in many shops before. I ordered a boba and some macaroons. I havent had macaroons before, but I quite liked these ones. There were many cupcakes to choose from. They tasted delicious! There were also other desserts there that I didnt try. Id go there again to try more!

My oldest daughter took my youngest daughter there and got her hooked on these yummy creations. In turn my youngest got ME hooked and her and I try to pop in once a week. Have had quite a few varieties of the cupcakes they offer and every single one is heavenly, even the kinds with flavors I normally do not care for. The frosting is indescribable, not at all heavy or processed tasting. The cupcake itself is just enough💕 Today for the first time I had their coffee (Almond Joy)...Just yet another reason for me to rave on about this place! Not pricey at all, in my opinion, and the girl who has served us remembers us every time. Sweet girl with the cutest septum piercing, not sure if she is an employee or part of ownership/management. Trust and believe I have many friends who have seen my pics of what we buy and will be popping in to taste for themselves. LOVE THIS PLACE 100%

Love the cupcakes here! Theyre so good! Not too sugary but perfect. I am the type that would wipe off the frosting on the Market Basket cupcake and just eat the cake. Because the frosting from the Market Basket cupcakes are too sugary. The frosting on cupcake from little delight are not! They also not sugarless as some the cake from China town.I want to order my cake from them. But I think they are a tad overpriced in that area. But again the cupcake of amazing.TIP: The cookie and cream cupcake taste like ice cream if you put it inside the fridge.TIP: The red velvet cupcake is a hit or miss. The first time they open the red velvet cupcake was moist and delicious. The most recent red velvet I had from them was dry and not so tasty.

Got a two layer cake for my wedding in October 2013. Was absolutely beautiful, done on time, and tasted amazing! Even froze two slices for our first anniversary and it tasted almost just as good a year later. Reasonable price for what you get.

I love this place, they make fantastic teas, the staff is friendly, and its a nice, comfortable place to sit and enjoy drinks or baked snacks with friends. Being so close to so many restaurants makes it an ideal place to meet up before dinner, or to get dessert after as well.

I called there several times and I decided that I should go there and see if they are still opened since no one ever replied to my voice Message. The little girl was extra extra rude walked away from me as I was speaking and then told me that all the cakes are only made with Almond flour. I said are you sure? Because there is a huge nut allergy going on and you guys dont put that in your brochure anywhere, and she said to bad, smirked and walked away. Horrific customer service and bad advertisement if its true what that girl said.

So I went to the bakery in person because their phone goes to voicemail. I asked about a cake for my friends birthday coming up and the price. First of all when I went in the bakery the little girl had no idea what the prices for the cakes, the guy took down my name and told me he will contact the owner. Nobody called, I called back 3 times asking about the cake and the prices. The third time and the third time I called they told me they wont be doing any cakes for the rest of the year, the girl who told me this was the assistant manager and she didnt even know about my order !?! why ?!? They wasted my time ! Good baked goods, terrible service.

I dont know if your cake is good. You have no website and you dont answer your phone. Your located in the center of town with parking thats a crap shoot ..and really I shouldnt need to GO to you twice to order a standard german chocolate cake. I ordered from someone that answers the phone.
