Its very bad to have to give this grade, not only because its a Brazilian business, for Brazilians and Im Brazilian, besides, I know the owner, and I knew hes not present, that shes in Brazil. The other day I went to buy picanha there, I wanted little, because it was just for me and my wife. I asked the butcher for only two or three steaks, but He replied that he didnt cut the steak. Then he offered me a small one and showed me one. I asked him if it really was rump, because I thought it was weird for being so small, he said yes, it was rump. Well I bought and paid. At home I put it to roast, as I always like it rare, I put it on the plate, and as soon as I started chewing I realized it was too tough to be rump steak. I called the butcher to complain and a female person answered me. I said that I would like to speak to the manager, she replied that he was not there and that it could be with herself. So I reported the case to her, and she unblinkingly told me to take the meat back and they would trade.All right, it left me with the impression that she knows theyre selling a pig in a poke.Just to finish. I told a friend of mine what happened. He also told me that it already happened to him.Guys, please, you are exchanging the profit for the customer km.
