Very pleased with the offerings & service. Would have been 5 stars if had any indoor or outside seating. Their ice & special deserts were pleasing to all. We got a variety of their snow items from a simple ice, one with many toppings to a beverage. Everyone enjoyed their deserts. The ice/snow makes a great light desert! Highly recommended...

Sooooo yummy. I got the tie dye and my mom tried they’re waffle thing (I forgot what it’s called) it was so warm and made the whole place smell amazing. They also have basic regular ice cream but that’s not why you come here. Trust me. Get the snow. You need it. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything here. Can’t wait to come back.

We came at 1pm. Place was not crazy busy. We got the shorty special and green tea special. The shorty special has egg waffles, ice cream, red bean and Nutella. Green tea special is shaved ice matcha snow, red beans, almonds and milk. They made everything fresh in front of you. The shorty special had some good textures. The egg waffles and ice cream was a perfect combination. The green tea special was creamy and crunch. Definitely, a delightful treat. Price was reasonable. I will be back

Cute shop, friendly staff. Shave Ice good, but not enough flavor juice. The ice ball was only half soaked. Felt chintzy considering it was $4.50 for the equivalent of a snow cone that was half plain ice.

Went here for dessert and got the Thai Dye.Food and service was great.

The shaved snow is awesome. I had mango flavored and my wife had coconut. Our first time trying shaved snow. The flavor and creamy texture is very refreshing. Hit the spot, after riding bikes on the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail.

It’s very good and if you are going to snow days I should suggest the Dane mango very good

This was my first visit and I loved my snow cone but what is the point in ordering and paying online if you just have to wait in the long line to pick up your order! I needed it at a certain time for a reason and that part was frustrating but I loved the product.

Lots of boba tea places in Lowell, this one is one of the best. Shave Asian ice is extremely good and affordable. One size for the drinks which is perfect!

My go-to drink here is the L Tea! It has green milk tea, basil seeds and grass jelly. But ever since I learned of the Green Tea special ice cream, I would get a craving for it all the time. First of all, its ice cream, made of my favorite thing, matcha!! Second, it has red beans and almonds, which I also enjoy. The prices are very reasonable, too. There used to be tables and chairs to dine-in, but nowadays, you can pick up or order in person for take out.

Great place for dessert. They have a good selection of desserts and drink items to get that are always delicious. The inside is modern and well decorated. Also they have a good amount of Jenga sets to play at your table. It can get very busy at times so be ready for that!

Today is my second time here and is awesome. My kids love the Asian ice and I love it my self. Fast service they are very friendly too.

Green tea special was massive and delicious. Except the almonds were not roasted so I reduce rating by one star.

It was quite the wait to get my order but otherwise its definitely a treat. You have a lot of options and fresh flavors. The waffles are super plush and they give a generous amount of ice cream. If youre in town and youre craving a cold sweet treat, they got it. And lots of options for iced and hot drinks. I will be back.

I seen this place on phantom gourmet yesterday morning and took my kids yesterday it was ok I had almond Joy ice cream so good just to much coconut!

The White Rabbit Milk Tea, just awesome!

Delicious desserts! Not too sweet and not very heavy on your stomach. I recommend the Perfect Matcha with matcha flavored shaved ice as substitute for ice cream. I also love the teas. The L tea and Pear of Aces are amazing.

Tried it twice and couple of drinks I ordered were made very watery and if you ever look at the receipt, they charge meal tax??? Thats pretty illegal in Massachusetts...no other places in MA charges meal taxes that I knownof.

TERRIBLE customer service! I tried to use the online system to place an order, but they have specialty items on the menu. I tried to call to do the order, but was told to use the online system. I explained I could use it for 2 of the items, but wanted to add a Shortys Special to an online order so my husband could pick everything up at once, but they said hed have to come in to order, and then wait to pick up the specialty items...while everything else from the online order melted. I told them as such, and asked to speak to a manager. The manager continued to state this was the policy. ABSURD. I told him hed lose us as a customer because of this terrible ordering policy and he said thats fine. Mission accomplished! Other people have been posting about having to wait for drinks and such because of this policy; makes having online ordering totally pointless. Too bad they cant get a system that works OR offer decent customer service over the phone.

Mangonada is different but yummy.Definitely worth a trip on a hot day.

The only thing really enjoyable is the shorty special and egg puffs! Drinks are terrible; milk tea tastes like powder milk, mango drink and strawberry mango also taste watered down. Bobas have no flavor either in each of the drinks. Thai tea shaved ice was ok, though not much Thai tea flavor in it. Interior/bathroom is nice, with some board games to play. Come for the ice cream portion, avoid drinks unless you like it watered down.

Love the drinks here! We visited Snowdaes with family during a recent visit to MA. Clean establishment with great customer service and an extensive menu. Had their bomb Mass lychee drink twice and it was amazing both times! Love the lychee slushee and fresh strawberry and mango fruit on top.

I love this place! It took the Asian Ice I would get at the Cambodian stores and sells it all year round. My favorite is the red grenadine with various fruits, such as coconut, lychee, longan, black jelly, and jackfruit. Its topped with sweetened condensed milk (which I love)! My go to place for a good dessert. They also have board games so you can hang out with friends.

But wait!!. I had ordered two Mongada. It was the worst drink ever. But the employee had no problem changing my drink for another kind. I changed it for Viet coffee and Birthday cake. And I was left satisfied.

My childrens favorite go to on hot days after the park. I used to like them until I asked them to let my toddler used their restroom and they didnt allow her too.

Best place around town. Worth the drive if you are out of town. There is great selection here, and the teas and boba are always good here.

Usually I shy away from dairy but after having an entire what the fudge and drink, not only did I love it but I feel like my most genuine self

Love this place! I drive about 37 mins there and back a few times a month. Milk teas are delightful and they always have seasonal flavors to try, snowdaes are a treat when you want ice cream minus too many calories, the mangonada special drink has been a hit with my sister, mom and fiance...need to visit!

First time so many different things and 1 egg puff waffle and almond joy ice cream was large enough to share so I didnt feel as guilty cause of calories Ill be back

This place has the perfect location. It is in a busy area but still easy to get to. They have so many different selections but the menu is fairly organized. If you want to try something a little different than just regular ice cream sundaes, this is the place to go. They use egg puffs and they make then to order. So delicious we will keep going back.

Super fun place with a lot of cool and interesting desserts. The shaved snow is really good and there are a lot of toppings. Not a crazy amount of different topics but a good selection. I like the way they layer the toppings and not just put them on top. They are opened late and is a good place to go for a dessert after dinner. Love it there and bring all my friends who havent tried it yet! They also have bubble tea and such which is good too.

Such a great variety of desserts and flavors that you dont see everywhere, and the staff are so patient when answering questions about the menu. Im sure they get the same questions all the time (ex.: What is in the...? Whats the difference between...?) They also have games you can play while waiting or eating. Its a bit of a drive for me, but if Im in the area, I have to stop by! I might even make the drive just for the sole purpose of going there--the desserts and customer service make it worthwhile!

This place is amazing. The shaved snow is exactly like the one I had in Hawaii. I drove 40 minutes just to try this place I will do it again and again. The Boom Mass Lychee drink is a must try also. The egg puffs is also amazing. Theres so must choice. I guess Ill have go back and try all. Well worth the trip.

Amazing Everything! best place in the area to get shaved ice/Snow the rewards are kind of a joke ive been going here for 3 years now and got like 5$ in rewards not worth signing up. but other than that Delicious egg puffs and great frozen teas. would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Almond joy was delicious

This is a pretty hip place. It is simple, but still very nice. There are games like Jenga to play while you wait/while you eat. The only draw backs are that it gets very noisy when its busy, and that the parking lot is small. But the quality of the good is very much worth the trouble.

Nice small place to have dessert with friends. It ranges from egg puffs to shaved ice and just plain old ice cream. Plenty of toppings amd wonderful staff there when I went. Got the Shortys Special which was just an egg puff with vanilla ice cream, strawberries, nutella, and some sweet cream on top. Would definitely come back again!

Excellent variation of ice cream or shaved ice. I remember being in Hawaii and getting shaved ice like this was the best thing. When I found out Snowdaes had true shaved ice I knew we would be fans. Every time we come here Im pleased with the service, cleanliness and of course the Snow. I cant say enough good things about this shop and do recommend you make the time and go get some of their amazing treats!!

As a first timer, I was very confused as to what I was ordering and the shoulder-to-shoulder crowds of college and high school age kids made it rather abrasive as we tried to relax. However, the Korean pandan dessert was amazing! Its essentially an fluffy waffle shaped cake over which ice cream and toppings are dolloped. One is served on pizza sized pan, which is more than enough for two people to enjoy (we made the mistake of getting one each and were force feeding ourselves by the end).

Good boba, short waiting

I only got a Thai Iced Tea today, but it was really good. I would give them 5 stars, but they didnt have the special I wanted to try which was the combo Thai Iced Tea and Thai Iced green tea in a split cup. they were put of the special cups. I will definitely go back though. yum! I did also buy Vietnamese Iced Coffee for my sons friend and a chai tea latte for my son. they really liked theirs also.

So many dessert options, so little room! I love the shaved ice desserts and the tea. There are so many combinations and toppings that its hard to make a decision. It can be annoyingly busy at peak times from all of the office workers nearby, so plan accordingly.

Dirt tea and pandans are the best around. Go there with friends often and is a cool chill spot.

Bomb mass lychee is bombBut as it is for a few things on the menu, it depends on the day- drinks will taste better one day over the other.One day came for a drink and was obsessed and told myself I’m in trouble! Came a few days later and it was not great, actually made me not so interested anymore.All in all, still love the place just wish there was consistency.

I’m 11 and when I went there I took them 30 minutes to make a mango tea when I went there with my parents it took them 5. When I asked for a refund they began to make the drink. So don’t let kids 10-14 go in there unattended they will be used.

This local place is awesome! Shaved snow is unique, tasty, and fun. If you want to try something that is delicious and not your average run of the mill ice cream parlor - you need to try this! Its a completely different type of cool dessert experience.

Egg puffs are bland, no egg flavor at all, not even sweet. Pandan favor has no pandan at all, just food coloring.Waited 25min, every table got their food and left, except us. Had to go ask them and they forgot to make our order. Ended up with 35min wait and no apology.

The bubble tea was good but the place is crowded and noisy. I wish they could get a bigger location. They have lots of games to play and the atmosphere is fun other than in being crowded. Its the only place to get bubble tea that I know of near Chelmsford, I would recommend!

My daughter loves this place. Great location to sit and chat, play board/card games, and enjoy comfort food with friends or family. The staff is very nice and the spin on frozen food is fantastic. Also, this place is popular in the New England winters. They have more than shaved ice and cold drinks, they have warm stuff too. The only downside is the games are often broken, incomplete or dirty. Wish they refreshed the inventory or at least checked it to remove games that are unusable from time to time.

This is my go to place for bubble tea in the area! My favorite drink is the milk tea with tapioca/bobas. Depending on who is making the tea, sometimes its a tad sweet but the bobas always have the perfect texture! I barely make it out of the parking lot before Ive finished my drink! Ive had their desserts before as well and all I can say is wow! Their desserts are over the top amazing and delicious. This is fast becoming a busy place! Would highly recommend for bubble tea and creative desserts.

This was an awesome find; we loved the shaved ice and pandan puffs. The shaved ice is an great desert that is not as heavy as hard ice cream. My go to is the Almond Joy shaved ice and the girl enjoys the strawberry shortcake.

Everything is great here. The drinks are cheaper compared to similar places and the customer service is nice. The deserts are made to order and come out good everytime. The eggpuffs are highly recommended.

Good service, fast, reasonable prices, and good seating. I had a peach bubble tea and my daughter had Smores shaved ice. The bubble tea had great flavor and a generous serving of boba. The small shaved ice was pretty large. We will definitely be back.

This place is amazing it has wonderful drinks and the egg puffs taste great! They also have a plate with egg puffs, ice cream, fruit, and a syrup and it taste the best!

Service is way to slow. its very great and tasty when its done. but no way should you have to wait as if you where in a restaurant 20 minutes for a Sundae thats insane
