I had come in looking to see if a couple of items had any value. The staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. This is a great place to both sell and shop/find some treasures in the shop.

I saw an item, a Persian rug, posted on Facebook Marketplace by Lowell Pawn(Jewelry and Loan)...I contacted the shop owner via email and, although it was a Sunday morning, he immediately answered back...He was both helpful and accommodating...The next day I went to the shop to complete an easy, hassle free transaction...The rug was the real deal and in excellent condition, just as advertised...And the price was VERY fair...I’ll definitely continue to check out their Marketplace as well as their eBay site items...

I repeatedly had to pawn and buy back an ipod to make ends meet and it was embarrassing initially but it became a dance with friendly understanding faces that made me feel safe. My property was always respected and taken care of and returned to me in great condition.

I had a great first experience at Lowell Jewelry and Loan. Gabby was so helpful in helping me sell my items. The prices were fair when you consider you are getting cash on the spot. You will not get full value for your items. This was my first experience with a pawn shop but I imagine it is the norm to get reduced value because you get needed cash right away. I will return because there was also some very reasonably priced items for sale as well.

This place is excellent!!! Friendly and professional! I needed to check some of the jewlery I had bought online to make sure it was real and they had no issue with helping me at all as well as telling me how some people will try to pass off stainless steel jewelry as real gold and how I can spot it.Their store is great! Its spacious with plenty of light to see everything they have for sale. Their in a great location that is easy to get to and they have off street parking. Ill definitely be back and I highly recommend going there to either buy or sell some of your own items.

The staff is very helpful and give us there out most attention and always work with us on our items, whether borrowing or selling to them. Anastasia is whom we mostly deal with whenever we go in there and she is always super nice, and kind to us. She generally cares about the customers who come in and out of the shop. We have had help from other workers there and they are all very nice to work with.
