What an experience I had strolling into the GNC in Lowell. I came in for a product that was sold out but walked out feeling positive and happy with some Quest bars/chips and some B-12. Matty (aka Matty Muscles) is an absolute breath of fresh air. His knowledge, energy, and overall view on life is incredible. Talking to him for just 5 minutes made my day! You don’t run into many people now a days willing to take time out of their day and strike up such a wonderful, pure conversation with you. I highly recommend this GNC because the customer service is off the chain! 5/5 stars undoubtedly!

I 100% recommend the Lowell Store. It is my favorite GNC to go to I travel far to receive the service from the manager, Matt who is super helpful and has never steered me wrong. Very responsive, customer service is on point, great listener! I’ll continue to use the GNC Lowell as my go to store! Love it!!

1. I have never had any issues with the staff here, always helped me with any inquiries (and I have alot) and treated me respectfully.2. Went there for the 3rd time this week and the staff was extremely thankful for how respectful and chill I was to him. He shouldnt have to thank me for something thats supposed to be so common.Anywho, I generally go here for the protein bars, which they have a variety and a sale on them too. Also, energy drinks, which have the same deals sometimes. I like the variety as well and at the moment, Bang and The Rocks new ZOA has my attention. Theres usually one or 2 staff here at all times and tends to be quiet enough where you can peruse without bumping into people.

I have gone to this gnc many times and today I am dissappointed. I walked in and the employee was walking around the store without a mask on he even proceeded to ring me up without a mask on and I asked him to please put one on as it is mandated in Massachusetts especially for businesses. He proceeded to say well I am on my lunch break so that’s why I’m not wearing one but sure I can put one on only after I had asked him. After that he proceeded to be unfriendly because I asked this. This is not how you speak to customers and I am very disappointed in this store as they normally have good and friendly service but this guy was the opposite today.

This store was super helpful. I was coming back to supplements after a long time and Matt was extremely helpful and worked with me 1 on 1 to build me an incredible stack. His knowledge of the products and the excellent customer service he has provided me, has made this location my go-to-store. There’s some things you just can’t get online! Thank you.

This was the first time that I had been to the GNC in Lowell, MA and I could not have been more happy with my experience.Matt (manager) and his team were incredibly knowledgeable about all things fitness/nutrition, easy to speak with and it felt as though they genuinely cared about your goals rather than just trying to sell you what GNC wants them to sell.Highly recommend shopping here!

I call them and spoke with the associate and told me to come by for a price match that’s was on GNC website itself that the price was lower than the store and the guy wasn’t there and spoke with another guy and told me he spoke with his manager and told me that if I want that price you have to order online why would I come all the way down here for him to tell me that. They should have gave me the price it’s was a hassle! SMFH!!!! And I ask if I order can I do a curb pick up he say no! But the sign stated that they offer curb side pick up! I was mad and furious!!! I always go there this is my first time they did this clearly he didn’t look at the sign himself!

Went in to compare prices/product/service after recently shopping at several other competitors. Over priced and employees who are clearly concerned about pushing sales and not the customers actual health and wellness. Id recommend the Medicine store or the Vitamin Shoppe for better prices, service, and overall experience. GNC charges fees regularly to become a member and get better prices competitors do not require a card, but offer one FREE to receive points which im told becomes store credit.

Horrible customer service!!! Ashley was rude! Will never shop at this location!!! Also she told me that she couldn’t price match Vitamin store unless I had a physical photo of the product from inside their store in order to price match. But on GNC’s website, they said they price match in store or online for Vitamin shop. Don’t waste your money shopping here!!!!

I hate leaving reviews like this but i have to go there - the manager of this location is rude and very uninformed. i witnessed her belittling an employee for issues with counting money and something about making everyone buy probiotics. it was uncomfortable at best. i felt the need to interject as i recognized the behaviour as bullying. Perhaps i was out of place as im just a customer, but the language and attitude she turned on me was uncalled for. I did not ask for nor do I need your input.Guess you dont need my money, either, do you?Dont shop here. Go to the mall. No tax and no rude power tripping abusive manager

People talking about unprofessional and its not every employee. In my experience it was the blonde girl Ashley. Rude as hell to customers and then rude to her co-workers. Made me want to leave ASAP. Probably wont purchase product from her again. The otther girl was chill and nice and welcoming, so its no every employee but since it was clear shes the manager or at least she acted entitled enough to be.

Overall best experience shopping with GNC, Ive shopped at many different locations and always feel I get the best customer service at this location. Saw the other negative reviews about this location, Ive never had a bad visit.The store manager (refered to as the ‘blonde girl’) has always provided me with great customer service, answering all my questions & helping me get the best deal (she always let’s know now when I have coupons to use- I never get that at other GNCs). You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her customers reach their goals.
