Recently I set up an event at UMass Lowell for our music school for the option to get custom molded ear plugs; a great item for regularly playing musicians or concert goers. With nearly two dozen pairs of molds to get through, the audiologist worked quickly and efficiently. We had done this same event a couple years ago and were satisfied with the results, and I can comfortably say that we were satisfied this time around as well. I would definitely recommend Audio Hearing Center to friends and family.

Changed ownership, never go there, they have no patients and care is terrible

Have been a customer for 17+ years. Was always very satisfied with the service, up until recently. Ownership changed hands and most staff was replaced. The new audiologist running it does not put the same care into the practice as the previous one, which was very evident from my first appointment with them. Took days to get in touch with them and to get a call back, they couldnt be bothered to look at my file ahead of time, had to google the current technology offered for a certain style of hearing aid, and recently improperly placed an order with my name spelled wrong and the wrong product ordered, which is resulting in not being able to wear one of my hearing aids for several weeks now. Sad to say that this place no longer has my respect or my business.

Dr McNulty was so helpful to my family member who needed hearing aids. He was professional, efficient and explained the process at every turn. I would highly recommend him and his caring staff for anyone seeking hearing Healthcare.
