Lost a mag while passing through the area on a ferry flight. Diverted to Lubbock specifically because of the glowing reviews - and they didnt disappoint. My mag was repaired at a competitive price, and they took care of some avionics work I needed quickly as well. Excellent communication the whole way through, and followed up with a call to check on their work a week later (and even sent a thank you card).FBO was nice as well, polite service, comfortable seating, quiet pilots lounge.Really happy with my experience at Lubbock Aero. Theyll be my stop whenever Im in the area.

The dispatcher, Chasity Waters is extremely unprofessional. She does not allow complaints filed with her manager, especially when they’re about her. Instead of transferring you to a manager when there’s an issue, she will threaten to call the cops if you call again to speak to a manager. If that doesn’t work to get you to hold off on filing a complaint, she will just tell you she is going to find a way to block your number from being able to call to speak to a manager and continue to hang up on you. Not only that, but she will delete any negative reviews about herself. Oh, cherry on top, CHASITY applauds domestic violence and assault on women. Stay safe people, and AS FAR AWAY from this “woman” as possible. Keepin it classy Lubbock Aero.

Very professional inside and out. Their maintenance department is top notch and keeps you in the loop. The linemen are attentive and efficient. And now that they bought Chaparral, they will have plenty of room to handle anything.

We flew private into LBB and had a flat tire as we landed. The entire team at LBB and Lubbock Aero (including the mechanical crew) could not have been more accommodating and helpful. If you have to have an incident, this is where you want to have it. Thank you all for your kindness and help.

Terrific facilities and service. I did my PPL check ride in Lubbock and they provided a very nice conference room for the oral exam/brief. They had my plane filled up and ready to go for me when we were done. I was so excited after passing the check ride, I left a Yeti cup that has some sentimental value to me in the pilots lounge (very nice spot, by the way). I didnt realize I left it there for quite some time and called a couple weeks after I left on the off-chance that they still had it. Sure enough, the nice lady at the front desk said, Im looking at it right now. Would you like me to ship it to you? No kidding! It arrived yesterday and looks like it was professionally packaged (from an FBO?). Terrific people and great FBO! I intend to visit often.

Extremely rude on the phone when asking about services. Once i arrived they said they didnt have time to fuel me because i only needed a small amount. Will do an extra landing before i give these a-holes any business.
