This place was a LIFESAVER!! We needed a drain pump for my washer, ordered one online which came in broke! You can no longer just walk in the big box retailers & buy sets to take home same day. Called Garcias, sent him pics of what was needed, he sent me pics back, great price & got us back on track! Highly recommend!

Id give 10 stars if i could. He even fixed my door handle on his way out from fixing my dryer. Diagnosed the problem, left to get the new part, fixed my dryer and door handle within 30 minutes. Very polite and professional. Well definitely use them again

Garcias was called and told what was needed to fix my dryer. Carlos gets to my house does not have what is needed. He leaves my house telling me he is going to come back. I get a phone call to an excuse that his truck was not working properly. He just drove over to my house. If you didnt want the business you should have told me when I first called you. I will let others know about a poor excuse for a person.

Good honest people actually left my wallet on merchandise and walked out to talk to my spouse the owners wife was honest enough to tell me about it when I walked back inside. Nothing was touched in a wallet left wide open with at least 2,500 cash birth certificate social and credit cards. Even bought a really good priced refrigerator. Great place amazing people overall

Best appliance store in Lubbock! Extremely helpful and friendly people. They even have great used appliances that I have purchased and work great! And on other house appliances I have that Ive needed to repair they can fix it or theyve had the parts for me to fix. I would highly recommend this place and I do to all my friends and family.

I purchased a refrigerator here and payed to have it delivered to my home. I gave the business my old refrigerator in case they could make use of it. The new appliance only lasted a couple months. I went to the owner to discuss a possible deal or exchange and wasnt offered a reasonable deal. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
