I used to come here fairly often, but the previous time that I went, I purchased 4 items and the receipt that was handed to me said it was $24. I later went to go check my card statements online and noticed that I was charged $87 exactly for that purchase. I went in to talk to the owner about it and he kept saying that he would look into it and it’s been over a month and I have yet to hear anything back. Not only did they fraudulently charge my card, but they refused to give me an itemized receipt of the purchase or to refund me the extra amount charged. If you do decide to shop here, bring cash because they won’t refund you once they decide to overcharge your card.

Place clean and easy shopping. The owners are always kind with clients. If youre craving for fresh fish from the ocean or tropical sweet potatoes or tropical fruits/ vegetables, here is the place to be.

The options are great. Indomie noodles 🍜are the best!! The music is awesome. 90s pop music and shopping. Cool! There are sooo much options to choose from as far as frozen and shelf items. Fish, meat,seafood from scallops to shrimp and crab legs!

Lots of variety in seafood, oriental produce & hard to find foods; love the mango & coconut pulp drinks!

Everyone here has always been super wonderful and helpful and lovely, which is not always the experience you can expect from these kinds of places.

Absolutely impressive array of products from fresh to frozen and dry to wet. I will also mention that there are some very friendly and helpful folks working here. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Now if you want to find everything on your list for Philippino food, I strongly suggest you take the time and visit Asain Mart. My wife (FILIPINA) absolutely loves this place and I love taking her there. She becomes so excited when she finds a product she used to eat when she was living in the Philippines. I love to see her smile and laugh with excitement because of the familiar foods she grew up with. We shop several other Asain grocery stores but Asain Mart is the clear winner when it comes to Filipino groceries.

They have different things that you can buy that will enhance your dishes. Employees werent that friendly but I didnt visit this store to make friends. I wanted specific products that they didnt have. Maybe next time.

My first visit. Typical small Asian market. Found a few things we wanted. Had hard to find cuts of meat typical to Asian food. Staff was polite.

Great selection of Asian goods, bought some tapioca Pearls and assorted snacks. Owner looked honest and give advice on whats the better product without selling you something you dont want. Will come again

The cashier charged us one extra coffee item which we didn’t have it at all. we only shopped six items, but we had to pay 7 items, which made us feel not happy with this experience. My husband stopped me to go back to get refund because he wanted save troubles.

It was nice, they had everything I was looking for, and the cashier lady was nice. It was just hard for me to find things because everything felt cramped. Ill definitely go back there though for those ingredients you cant get anywhere else!

I love this family owned and operated business! They are always super friendly when we shop here and quick to help you if you have questions or need help finding something. The prices are very reasonable and they often have items th our cannot find in a regular store. Often if they dont have what you are looking for they will order it for you! We shop her at least once a month and been coming for a few years since we moved back to Lubbock. Highly recommend.

Best Asian market I have found in Lubbock so far

This place mostly sells asian foods, ingredients, snacks, etc. you cant find in other places. I had a decent experience but Ive heard of bad customer service experiences from other people. There are many items on the shelves which are not priced and all card purchases have a $10 minimum.

Makes me miss home with all the foods I love over there.

I hate this place. I learned the hard way to always check expiration dates before purchasing anything. I went in Dec 18th, and was looking for a specific mayonnaise. I found it and was going to buy it, until I saw that it had expired in July. When I asked about it they told me it was fine because it had been frozen previously. Ive always had issues with the quality of food here. Any of the other Asian markets are better than this one.

We always find everything we need here and its pretty cheap. Only place that has Laos sticky rice in Lubbock.

Amazing service and very fresh produce

The owner and staff used to be very nice and welcoming, but no so much any more. They seem to be disinterested even when answering questions. The vegetables, fruits, meat, and other products are okay, but the store is small and cramped.UPDATE: I wish I can give a zero star to this store. Today my wife went to buy groceries there and asked the owner why there is no price tag on lots of items, and he got upset and said my wife asked too many questions! After my wife decided not to buy anything, he told her not to come back again. I have never seen a business owner so rude and unprofessional. I will submit a complaint to BBB soon.
