There are some super helpful dudes here that at least semi know their stuff which is a lot more than can be said for a lot of auto parts stores. Some of them can be pretty aggressive about looking like theyre suspicious of you stealing stuff, but thats pretty understandable considering the.... local clientele.

I live close by so I shop there..In the process of rebuilding a motor so I came in today to change so items that I brought last week..the manager immediately as I walk inside about my backpack also my mask he said it in a very rude manner I felt like a thief..I wanted to say so bad you need to learn to talk better to your customers yet I knew it goes way deeper then auto supplies..Ill go elsewhere where Im treated better..

Ordered a part, paid for it in store and asked to have it shipped to my address. That was on the 11th of Sept. Called three times and the reps couldnt give me a straight answer as to what happened to my shipment. Highly frustrated and I wouldnt recommend the location at Ave Q in Lubbock Texas.😡🤬
