Ive called and gone on line its the same just for an oil change. . On line thay take all your info and still forward it to whom ever. On the phone you wait for I dont know how long. Its suppose to be a local number. Ive decided just to go through a drive thru to get an oil change.

Made a appointment for recalls. They acted like the didnt have my appointment when I got there and had to go through all of it again. When I picked up my vehicle, I had a list of items they recommended I get done including transmission and radiator flushes because they said the fluidsw were excessively discolored .I had my mechanic check and theyre both fine. They also broke my key fob NOT TRUST WORTHY.

We went into the service department yesterday and the woman there was NOT helpful at all, did not even try to help find an answer to our question, short with us, and not friendly. This has happened to us with the service department before, so maybe we should take our business somewhere else.
