Great experience all around for my Volvo’s 20,000 mile inspection. They gave us a ride to go golfing while they took care of it, and even dropped the car back at the golf course for us! At no cost to me, they flushed my wiper fluid lines and washed my car and did 2 recall replacements on top of it. Thoroughly happy with my service!

The representative was extremely condescending. If you don’t know anything about vehicles they will screw you over and over charge you for things you do not need. They recommended services that were not needed unfortunately my mon had already approved them before I could say they were swindling her. They said we got a complementary wash and vacuum. After 900 dollars of service that should have been 500 at max they didn’t even decently wash the vehicle and most definitely did not vacuum it. Will not be back.

I love my new/used car. It was quite dirty inside when I test drove it. They did a good job cleaning it up before I drove off. The exterior has a lot of touch-up needed and I hope they will fix it up as stated. The initial few visits were very good. However, when I was discussing the unexpected fees, the salesman came in and was extremely disrespectful. So much so that I wanted to walk away. The sales manager calmed me down and took care of the situation. I am very disappointed that once the deal was done the salesman became obnoxious and condescending. I was truly insulted and very upset. To make matters worse, I had to go in the next day to pick up my key fob that left me stranded due to dead batteries. I waited a few hours to finally get the manager to pick me up with the other fob and confirm the issue. I was told to pick it up. When I arrived, the same salesman came up to me with all smiles and retrieved the key. When I asked for an apology, he refused stating that he did nothing wrong. The finance manger witnessed his bad behavior and was very kind and professional. I am usually thick-skinned, but this was so upsetting that I dread ever having to go back in there.

All of the staff in Mears are very helpful, especially Mike Judge Bennet. Excellent customer service. He even delivered the car to our address with his wife. He is always available whenever I called him for any concern. Joshua the other agent we talked to at first has been helpful too. My purchase experience with Mears Mazda Volvo had been great.

Honestly, I felt like a was part of a “bait and switch” tactic. Many times, dealers will advertise a low price on a vehicle to get you in the door, and then say it’s unavailable and try to move you to a higher priced car.Well, that’s exactly what happened in my case. Made contact with the dealership via their website. Told them which vehicle I wanted to see, and they said it was available. Was told it was available the next day as well, and I told them I was on the way to see it. I was told to ask for a specific person, so I did. Stood and waited on someone for 10-15 minutes and the guy I was supposed to ask for never appeared.The older gentleman that came out seemed quite confused when I told him I was here to see the vehicle I had been told about. Said, “oh, that must have sold this morning” and proceeded to show me another vehicle that was about $5000 higher than I was looking for. Well, I took it for a drive and it was a nice car. Although it had hail damage. I pointed that out, and might work a deal if they would take that into account. I had also checked out the book value and they guy actually told me what they paid for it (supposedly). I told them I’d be interred in it at a reduced price, but they would not budge. It had been sitting on their lot for 2 months, I was a cash paying customer, and they wouldn’t do anything to make a deal happen.So, went to Gene Messer Ford, and was treated very well. Bought from them instead. And last time I drove by Mears, it looked like that 2 month vehicle was still sitting there. Save your time and go elsewhere.

They got to help me with all my problems even mailed me paperwork because i couldnt actually go to the dealership. Got everything done super quick and let me go home with a new vehicle right away. The experience was really great lots of fun extremely helpful and kind members highly recommend going there.

Was planning on just shopping around town too look at all the vehicles we had researched. Our first stop was Mears and when we met Alan M. He was very supportive in letting us look at each individual car and test each one without trying to Push each car and give his HONEST opinion about each one regarding the cars quality and features while also comparing it to our each and individual needs as a consumer. We had ALOT of different requests when it came to what we wanted the vehicle to have in order to make even the idea of purchasing a car reality from what the car was too have, its consumer report and as well as just overall functionality. He was so patient with us too be able to go over each cars pros and cons while maintaining a enjoyable and relaxed experience that made us feel at ease with testing the cars we had researched. At the end of all the testing, we did find one car that met all of our needs . However there were a few cosmetic issues that needed attention (Knobs on the dash to be replaced.) Also the price we had figured we wanted to spend was under what the full price was after tax and title.We were about to walk out seeing how not everything was too be met with our needs on the price end of the dead, however, Alan had pulled some strings and then came back offering us this beautiful car with the price we were willing to spend that had also included Tax Title and Lisc while even offering to repair these knobs for free. We however had still walked and told him we would let him know. A few days had passed and NO other dealership was even coming close to the experience we had with Alan! it was always either too clingy, annoying me with over the top calling and pushing each car we had seen with more than just a needed offer. So after considering Alan being so patient and offering us an amazing deal with our car, we called him back and he was more than happy to wait a few more days for us to gather the money we needed and as soon as I came in, it was quick and swift and he had even Fixed the knobs while we were even deciding ! So overall, Mears will forever have my business and I will be recommending Alan as the man to go to whenever someone needs the extra level of awesome Customer Service Expertise!Also I bought my 2017 Chevy Impala there and just had the Chevy Shop do there special 27 point inspection.EVERYTHING PASSED, there was not a single thing wrong and everything was in perfect condition! I say “has been” because there are a couple of follow-on items after vehicle delivery that need attention. Zenia has been as determined to ensure I am completely satisfied post-sale as she was during the inquiry and sales stages. She follows through and diligently keeps me informed of progress. I find these are rare qualities, especially once a contract is signed, so I wanted to give Zenia a big pat on the back and a huge thank you as a way of encouraging her to keep doing what she’s doing!

Good place to buy a car. Andrew the sales man was very professional, respectful and did all he could to win my trust. Got a great deal saved money on the initial deal aswell. Service department manager Joey saved me quite a bit of money on some repairs (that arose about month after buying) that the extended warranty did not cover. I had one issue with one of the sales managers over the repairs (even tho I barely bought the car) who was being unprofessional and rude but that was taken care of by the service Manager Joey!!! All in all great cars good experience and people!!

I live in Jacksonville, FL and purchased a used Porsche 911 from Aaron Abyotes - site unseen. I have searched for the perfect example for more than 3 years and missed on a few due to indecisiveness. Most I have come across in my price range were either neglected, or a little more than I was wanting to spend.Knowing how expensive repairing a Porsche can be, I had Aaron video various aspects of the car and send them to me. Not only was he willing to doso, but he sent detailed photos showing paint blemishes, tracked down previous invoices from work preformed on the car, and completed a full checklist of inspections I requested...I felt Aaron was trustworthy and made the purchase. This was not the first time I have found a car online, but it is the first time Ive purchased one site unseen. The folks at Mears Mazda Volvo loaded my 911 onto a transport truck and shipped it to me! I received about 1000 miles away a few days later and could not be happier with the purchase.Aaron answered all my questions which often required additional investigating by him. He was knowledgeable of the car, but I had a plethora of questions. Due to the nature of this transaction (it took a few days to finalize all the paperwork) I had plenty of time to think of more questions and I was not shy about texting them to him.This salesman is top notch! The car arrived in better condition than I have seen or could have ever expected. I would definitely consider buying another car from Aaaron Abyotes and the team at Mears Mazda Volvo! Ryan was excellent. He was professional and met almost all his commitments. The one commitment I was disappointed with was a promise to fix minor damage to the rear bumper. The fix was done in a very sloppy and slipshod way. Not Ryans fault, I understand. But, nonetheless not satisfactory.The only other comment would be about the finance department. They attempted all of the classic dealership ploys with things like interest rates and extended warranty pricing.Overall, I was happy with Ryan, the price of the vehicle, and the vehicle itself.Roland Moreira

Ryan Geeslin is the best! I was out of state when I initiated the purchase of my used vehicle and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure my peace of mind at every step. Ryan was super easy to work with; sending photos of each part of the truck I asked to see, and even videos of the truck being driven so I could see the dashboard and hear it while being driven. Ryan answering every question I had with speed and friendliness. Ryan really went the extra mile for me. The cleaning crew could been a bit more thorough as I found some garbage under the flip-up rear seat of the Quad Cab, but that doesnt sour my overall experience. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and the entire Mears Mazda Volvo team. Not only would I happily buy another vehicle from Ryan, he and the MMV team will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market.

Bobby Caudle went above and beyond to assist me with my truck purchase. I gave him a list of what I wanted in a vehicle and took me right to what I asked for. The paperwork process, which is usually so long and drawn out, was quick and pleasant. All my future purchases will be with Bobby!!
