Let me begin by saying that everyone in the store was nice and professional, the work however was not. When my wife mentioned she was planning on spending $250 to get her purse fixed, I asked her to use a local business, thought with Covid-19 we could help. She knew going into this that the thread or leather might not be the exact same but we never could have imagined that the stitching would be so atrocious. Guess what? Now Im still stuck paying the $250 to repair this mess, and am now out more money due to my bright ideas!

I took 2 belts in to get some additional holes added to them and I was very disappointed at the quality of work. When I asked about it, the lady at the counter acted like she couldnt see the issue. Then she made an excuse that the machine might have slipped. NEVER AGAIN!

Had a pair of boots re-soled that I would have otherwise had to send off. Quality of work is top notch and I have my boots back. Couldnt be happier. Price is reasonable as well. 2 years later I have taken 2 more pair of boots in to have them resoled and new heels and I will continue to go back as their work is top notch.

I contacted the shop owners and spoke with the wife (Im so sorry, but Ive forgotten her name.). I told her that we lived in Washington State and would like to ship a pair of cowboy boots to their shop to be reconditioned...resole, add new heel, and whatever else might need done. She told me that it wouldnt be a problem. She said they might not get to them for a week or two. I told her that was not an issue. We could wait.I mailed the boots, and received a call back from the shop owner about two weeks later saying the boots were ready to ship, and that I could make payment over the phone at that time. I gave her my credit card number, and the boots arrived within 7 days.My husband is very pleased with the work that was done on his boots at AAA Boot & Shoe Repair in Lubbock, TX. Hes had these boots for 20+ years and has had them resoled and reconditioned before, but never to this extent. He also said that the price was excellent, especially for the quality of work done. Needless to say, we will recommend and reuse this shop again.

I brought in 2 pairs of beloved brown boots to be cleaned up and weather proofed. They came back awesome! They even got out some stains in the leather I was worried about. They also covered up some tears on the leather wrapped heals I didnt mention because I thought nothing could be done about it. I will be back with more shoes!

Iv had many boots resoled at many different boot shops all over Texas, and this place has done the best job on a pair of boots that I have ever experienced. Will be returning, thank y’all very much.
