We’ve ordered Rib Caps twice. Once for a birthday & once for an anniversary celebration. First, these aren’t cheap. Second, they literally melt in your mouth. My wife eats filet mignon…I like ribeyes. The rib cap hits the spot with both of us. Visited with Brent while the cut was being prepared. Nice people, great cuts. We’ll be back for another rib cap.

Great place to shop for cuts of beef and pork. The service is excellent. We were referred and were just shopping. We purchased and grilled several different steaks and hamburger and were very pleased with the quality. We will return soon and stock up.

Top notch butcher in Lubbock, TX. Super friendly folks. The prices were very fair and honest for what they were selling. Didn’t try the bacon but one of the other customers in the store said, “I know it sounds crazy to say but this is the best bacon I have ever had in my life.” The bacon, sausage, and cheese selection was huge. Seemed to a locally owned family that are invested in stock shows (as I could tell from pictures).I ended up with a 2.8 lb Tomahawk ribeye, some brisket sausage, and Gouda cheese. The ribeye is Choice but looks like it could grade low prime. I will be back.

Super cute shop; it was extremely clean, very open and very well organized. I was most impressed with the insanely high quality of the meat! Went in today with my two babies to buy some beef short ribs for supper—they were fully stocked, and everything looked amazing! Fabulous price for what you’re getting. I was so very impressed with the shop workers (and possibly owner, I’m not sure if that’s who opened the door for me or not); they were so courteous, and extremely helpful and kind. Worth the drive for me! My family and I will definitely be returning to this shop!

I come here after a long day of work wanting to purchase some steaks, lady in the front told me she would give me a discount on the ribeye I purchase 6 of them, not doing the math till I got home I noticed that she had charged me full price. If she was going to charge me full price why even offer the discount. I loved the steaks but haven’t been back since would rather go to sprouts and by my meat there then a store where I get lied too.

I’m not usually one who does this review thing, but my wife and I stopped by there and bought some steaks and sausage. Let me tell you that this is some of the best steaks that I have ever cooked! Top notch! Definitely gonna be shopping there again!
