Great service today! My son attempted to install his own car radio but couldn’t get it to work. I contacted AudioCraft and they were great from start to finish. Very responsive, professional, and fast. My son was so excited to have a new up to date radio with touchscreen and was very thankful. Highly recommend!

My pioneer radio had stopped working and I looked at the reviews for this place and they were really good. When I got here, they were loading up a Ferrari they had worked on to go to Dallas (so they do awesome work apparently). They were really nice and looked at my radio right away and turns out a fuse had blown in the heat in June. He explained why it probably blew (the fan on the back of the radio was lagging – I think the unit is probably old, from 2017) and that it will probably make it through winter with a new fuse but when it gets hot again I’ll likely need to replace the radio. I REALLY like it when people explain to me so that I can understand why something has stopped working. Not all shops do that and these guys explained it really well and let me watch while they worked on it. I appreciated that a lot. Great service, very prompt, honest. I will be going back to them when I have any other problems with my radio or back up camera. Thank you very much!!!

This place does amazing work!!! I have had two vehicles get accessories over here and can say that the quality of work and speed of install is top notch. The owner Andrew goes above and beyond and stands behind his product, and does custom work that you won’t see anywhere else. He even helped me out with some things after hours that had nothing to do with his product!!! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly, highly recommend.

I went to Audio Craft so Andrew could disconnect my speaker to stop the noise i was hearing and he ended up finding out it was only the speaker dust cap came loose. He was able to get me in and out quickly. Such a nice guy. Great place! Will be coming back to get an external drive for my dvd player.

Had a roof mounted dvd player / screen combo added for long car trips with the kids. It didnt completely eliminate the meltdowns but significant cut down on how many. Even talked me into a set of weather tech floor mats that I wasnt sure I needed. Turns out those things can hold a sonic drink worth of liquid. Im glad I listened to him. Already have a second car with him for a custom sub box and amp install (review and photos for that coming soon).
